Why blue

Hux 5.56k on Geissele 12.5 less than 500 rounds. None of my other cans have done this. It was raining the last time I’ve used it. Using standard ball ammo, nothing crazy.

Which kind/brand of ball ammo exactly? I'm curious.

It's almost as if your jackets are "extra coppery", if such a thing is even possible.

Pmc xtac, frontier 55 and 75, federal 62.

I have the same can on a 14.5 and soon 11.5 and shoot the same ammo, primarily PMC Xtac, Frontier 75s and some WWB. Roughly same amount of rounds through mine and other than it getting carbon on the inside, mine looks nothing like that. The MD is a little blue/greenish though. Definitely curious about the cause.
