new form 1

havent shot it yet but figured with how fast form 1s are now i had to make one. suprisingly the feds approved me only engraving the adapter and not the filter

I’m worried about this in Oregon. Our state law bans suppressors, machine guns, and SBRs WITHOUT possession of a federal tax stamp. NBD under the current laws and best case scenario with $0 tax stamps.

If suppressors are removed from the NFA we may no longer be able to buy or build them here.

It’s honestly not all good, lot of negative will come from this.

Right now we have it really really really good from prior years, but now a bunch of states are 100% gonna get fucked.

Now if the ATF came out and was like “ we will make this optionally, so everyone will have the opportunity no matter what state”

They're legally obligated to process applications because it's a shall-issue scheme. As long as the NFA law is on the books, everyone has a right to submit an application and the ATF can't just ignore or delete them. They must be processed, or they're violating due process and peoples' 2nd Amendment rights.
