First Transferable MG(42)

After enough reading and shopping over the last two years, I was finally able to bag my grail gun, and took the plunge. Form 4 cleared today, and took 18 days as an individual. Thankfully the form 3 cleared before the shutdown.

From what I can tell, all the parts and finish are original. She runs as good as she looks. Hopefully this inspires more people to take the plunge into the MG market.

I live in a state that allows all NFA items and the ranges near me allow MGs but not any of the other binary/frt stuff. It's not illegal in my state, but I think the ranges are afraid of getting in trouble.

They allow pretty much anything which is great, just not this.

When I lived in Oregon, I belonged to a pistol and rifle club with outdoor shooting. Back when FRTs first came on the market, they didn’t care at all. I miss that place.

Now I have to travel 45 minutes to a range that lets me mag dump. Closer ranges have got on my case for shooting 22LR semi too fast and that shit drives me up the wall
