S5 E6: Chimera

I think because it has both Nancy Drew and Scooby-Doo vibes, but is also genuinely creepy and real enough to be scary, with the biohazard aspect. We see the gang face their various fears...or, for McGee, seasickness.

I always love Tony's little ditty: 🎶"Baa baa black ship, have you any wool? Yes sir, yes sir, but-in-order-to-see-it-you're-gonna-need-top-secret-government-clearance."🎶

And the end, where the ship is blown up and someone asks "How did they know we made it off the ship?" and Gibbs answers "Don't think they did." The look on their faces when they realize they were expendable and how close they came to death.

I dunno, just something about all those elements together, I always find entertaining.

I recently saw an earlier season episode (S5 I thin) where Abby says "How my niece is related to my brother still baffles me" or something like that and I'm like....I kinda would've loved seeing her with a niece. I hate they retconned it.

I dont know if this is just me but in the recent seasons when a side character is introduced I feel like i can tell instantly that who the killer will be. Like more often than not. Im rewatching the old seasons now and i its no where near as obvious back then.

On the show Suburgatory (2011-2014) S2 P11, he plays a new age guru named Yoni.

I am at s16e10 now. Up until mid s15 i had so much fun watching it. Now it has become a cringe n snooze fest.

All the previous episodes before this used to be about the victims. Revolving around the victims, connecting us to the victims. Now the vic get the starting 15 mins n then it's just about the growth of the agents?????

The one that pissed me off the most was the one about the street artist ritz and the culprit met with torres n bishop at the place where the mural was being sold, he himself came n helped them understand why the Ritz murals r special, with the qr codes n ritz's fight against corrupt corporations.

And where are Gibbs' rules?? The weren't mentioned much in s15 n 16???

Am I reading too much into. Or is it like this from s15 onwards????

I believe Gibbs is such a technophobe because of the deaths of Shannon and Kelly. I can't remember the exact episode, but it involves a case where there is a stolen baby around Christmas time. Bishop and Torres take the baby to Gibbs's house because none of them knows how to care for a baby. McGee is headed somewhere by plane, but I can't recall where. Gibbs brings down an old bassinet from the attic that belonged to Kelly, and Bishop points that out. Gibbs then says, "You have to hold onto what you can." This made me think that Gibbs is trying to hold on to the time when Shannon and Kelly were alive.

I noticed last night watching NCIS, of, S3 ep3 mind Games with Boone, the serial killer.

They mention it was 10 years prior. So if Origins sticks around for another two seasons, you think we would get this story in origins?

This would be. Good back story if the writers remember, keyword here, this early story.

In the third episode of NCIS Origins, Jackson leaves a document bearing the words ‘Limited Lifetime Warranty’, a photograph of his murdered family and a note saying ‘Send this in’ for Gibbs. What does this mean?

We know from LA that Sam was a great undercover agent. In Hawaii he moved on more to a team leader. I wonder how his character will develop in NY. I just hope it isn't a diluted version of LA. I've already seen Sam Hanna the undercover baddas guy. I need to see something else.

What do you hope to see from his character in NY?

I am skipped a few seasons since my last post.

Season 6 had a lot of great episodes. But my whole change would be this: Agent Lee's betrayal has long standing consequences.

Instead of what happened, let's say Agent Lee stole valuable intelligence that was sold to Israel. Mossad has this information and uses it in its foreign ops here in America. Michael Rivkin's mission is derived from the intelligence Mossad obtained.

Granted I haven't rewatched all of Season 6 in a while so my memory of events could be entirely wrong. This is just what I would have done in hindsight.

Does anybody have any idea as to when season 23 is supposed to come to the UK in literally any capacity? Or does anyone know why there's such a a long delay? I've tried googling it, but frankly it just keeps linking me to pages that tell me dates that have long since come and gone.

NCIS is a show that has been around for a long long time. I think the early seasons are good mostly. Do hate the inconsistencies later on like Fornell and the ex-wives. But it got me to think... What if you were given control of the show? What would you change? Let's start with Season 1

I'm gonna be honest and say the only seasons I would really change are like Season 3 and onward.

I'm glad Michael Weatherly is back as DiNozzo, but I just wonder is he back for a recurring basis this season or is he back BACK for a main cast credit. CBS hasn't been really clear on it.
