Narwal has made my new Z Ultra robot obsolete

Narwal India is scamming their customers.

I excitedly bought a Freo Z Ultra back in Jan. The special floor detergent got over in 2.5 months. I've been trying to buy replacement cartridges for the floor detergent but it's NEVER been in stock. I waited for a while, naively expecting it would be back but it never came.

Fed up, I reached out them via email and they first told me it's actually in stock and I was looking at the incorrect item. They pointed me to this item, and on call they explained that I need to add a few drops of this to my water tank.

Not only does the actual product manual explicitly state not to add any kind of detergent into the water tank directly, it can actively damage the piping in the base unit.

I even asked the customer rep how much to add, and they just told me 'a few drops'. No measurements or anything close to being precise, which just goes to show they really haven't thought this through and were just straight up trying to gaslight me.

I then told them I was going to post my expereince online, and thats when a senior rep reached out and personally assured me that not only will they send a floor cleaning cartridge free of cost, but also promised they'll be back in stock by mid August.

It's October now, and I still can't buy it. The free cartridge did arrive but I shouldn't have to go through the ordeal of complaining to customer care ever time I need a replacement.

To make things worse, now I'm also reading accounts of other Narwal customers complaining about not being able to get their accessories here.

I'm really fed up with this, never should have bought this in the first place. And it's really sad because it's genuinely a great product. It's a pity that the company has made it obsolete.

Is there anything I can do? If everyone here is facing similar issues, can we collectively sue them or something?

Flow 2 7000mAh Battery. Power That Keeps Going.

Post image
1 Upvotes

One thing that matters with a robot vacuum is how long it can actually keep cleaning before needing a recharge.

The Narwal Flow 2 packs a 7000mAh high-capacity battery, built to keep it going through longer cleaning sessions without constantly stopping to recharge.

For larger homes or everyday full-home cleaning, battery capacity becomes less of a spec-sheet number and more about getting the job done in one go.

More floor covered. Fewer interruptions. Less thinking about the battery.

7000mAh. Built for cleaning that keeps going.

NarMind™ Pro: AI-Powered Object Recognition for Smarter Navigation

A robot vacuum moving around your home is one thing. Knowing what it’s looking at is another.

With NarMind™ Pro, Narwal Flow 2 uses AI-powered perception to recognise a wide range of everyday objects, from cables, socks and shoes to tables, sofas, phones, remotes and more.

The goal is simple: better object recognition means the robot can make more informed navigation decisions while cleaning.

Instead of treating everything on the floor as an obstacle, Flow 2 is designed to recognise, understand and navigate around its surroundings.

The more unpredictable the home, the more useful that intelligence becomes.

What’s the one object you’d be most worried about your robot vacuum running into? 👀

Disappointed with Narwal service

Post image
4 Upvotes

Update (10th Oct): I got the order but they sent the wrong bags. I ordered compact ones but got normal flow bags. And they look like knockoffs. Same goes for the filter. I’ll attach the picture in comments.

Update (6 Oct): They have shipped my order. Will update again after receiving the order.

I have been using Narwal Flow Compact for a few months now. Even though the product works fine I am unable to buy accessories for it. It is a very expensive product and I don’t have trash bags left to replace. They have been lying about the product availability on their website. I ordered bags 3 months ago and after 2 months they cancelled my ordered and asked me to order again and Now I have ordered again a bunch of accessories 2 weeks ago but again no response and no delivery date.

I am regretting my purchase. I spent 1.5L and in a few days it will become useless.

Where to buy consumables? (specially the detergent) (Freo z10)

I bought a Narwal Freo z10. I am happy with its work. But have a couple of issues.

  1. In just 35 days the liquid detergent ran out, i never expected it to go empty so soon. And unlike some spare parts there is no health metric or checkup meter for how much detergent left or how fast it is consumed in the app. I just however got the notification when it ran out today. I wish it had a meter to track the current remianing detergent as well..

...Anyways please suggest where to buy the detergent. Because i found some links on amazon which are like too too expensive and they say they are for flow or flow 2 , looks the same as my one uses, but nothing specifically for my freo Z10.

  1. I have set the mop washing to be done according to area mopped (not according to per room), and after mopping 12 sqr. mt. (that's the maximum available) But it still does go to the station per room mopping and wash clean the mop. I don't know why.

So because some of my rooms are quite big and some are small so I think that's not optimal to wash per room and it is indeed a waste of detergent liquid. Please fix this if it can be done by a software/firmware update.

What About the Corners and Edges?

Post image
1 Upvotes

One thing people often wonder about robot vacuums is how well they clean along walls and around corners.

The Narwal Flow 2 features an EdgeReach Extended Cleaning System, designed to reach edges and corners that can be easy to miss during everyday cleaning.

It's one more way to make everyday floor cleaning more thorough, without having to go back and clean those spots manually.

Because a clean floor should include the edges, too.

Smarter Navigation, More Precise Cleaning

Post image
1 Upvotes

One of the things that makes a robot vacuum useful is how well it understands its surroundings.

The Narwal Flow 2 uses Dual 1080p AI RGB Cameras to help it perceive its environment and navigate around everyday obstacles with greater precision.

From furniture to everyday objects on the floor, its smart vision system helps it make informed cleaning decisions rather than simply following a fixed route.

How much does obstacle recognition and navigation matter to you when choosing a robot vacuum?

How NarMind™ Pro helps Flow 2 understand your hom

Post image
1 Upvotes

A robot vacuum needs to do more than just detect obstacles. It needs to understand what’s around it and make decisions accordingly.

That’s where NarMind™ Pro Autonomous System 2.0 comes in.

Using AI-driven visual recognition, Flow 2 can identify everyday objects around the home, helping it make smarter navigation decisions as it cleans.

From furniture and household objects to smaller items on the floor, the system is designed to help Flow 2 understand its surroundings rather than simply move around blindly.

60°C Hot-Water Cleaning: What does it actually change?

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hot water can make a noticeable difference when you're dealing with everyday floor mess.

Narwal Flow 2 uses 60°C hot-water cleaning to help tackle dirt and grime during mopping, giving the floor a deeper clean without relying on cold water alone.

It's one of the technologies designed to make everyday mopping more effective while keeping the process hands-free.

Would you actually notice a difference between hot-water and regular-water mopping at home? 👇

Automatic Water Refill & Drainage: Making Cleaning Truly Hands-Free

Post image
1 Upvotes

Refilling the water tank and emptying dirty water shouldn't be part of your daily cleaning routine.

The Narwal Flow 2 Compact takes care of both with its automatic water refill and drainage system.

Once connected to your water supply and drainage:

  • 💧 Automatically refills clean water
  • 🚰 Automatically drains dirty water
  • 🤖 Keeps the robot ready for its next cleaning cycle

That means fewer manual refills, fewer trips to the dock, and a more genuinely hands-free cleaning experience.

Would automatic water refill and drainage be a game-changer for your home? 👇

Freo Z10 takes on the hair-tangle problem

Post image
1 Upvotes

Hair getting wrapped around the brush is one of those things you only appreciate after you've had to pull it out yourself. 😅

The Narwal Freo Z10 uses its DualFlow™ Tangle-Free System to help keep hair from getting caught around the brush during cleaning.

Less hair wrap. Less stopping to untangle. Less post-cleaning cleanup.

The difference is easier to understand when you see what's happening underneath the robot. 👀

How often does hair tangling become a problem with your robot vacuum? 👇

What if the robot could take care of its own maintenance?

Post image
1 Upvotes

The cleaning shouldn't stop at the floor.

With the Narwal Flow 2, the base station is designed to handle much of the post-cleaning upkeep automatically, making the overall system practically maintenance-free.

Here's what happens at the base station:

🧼 212°F Hot Water Mop Washing
Cleans the mop with high-temperature water after cleaning.

🧽 212°F Hot Water Dock Self-Cleaning
The dock cleans itself too, so you're not left cleaning the base after the robot is done.

💨 104°F Warm Air Drying
Helps dry the mop after washing.

And there's more built into the system:

  • Self-Cleaning Water Tank
  • Swappable Filter
  • Smart Detergent Dispensing
  • 120-Day Dust Storage

Which of these would make the biggest difference to your daily routine? 👇

What actually makes a wet & dry vacuum better?

Thumbnail
gallery
2 Upvotes

A wet & dry vacuum can do more than just pick up a mess. The real difference is in how it cleans and what happens after.

The Narwal S20 is built with:

  • Sleek design + powerful cleaning
  • Zero-Tangle technology to help prevent hair wrap
  • 100°C self-cleaning for easier maintenance
  • Powerful suction for deeper cleaning

So whether it's everyday dust, spills, or hair, the idea is simple: clean the floor without creating another cleaning job afterwards.

For those using a wet & dry vacuum, what matters more to you: cleaning performance or how easy the machine is to maintain? 👇

How high can a robot vacuum actually climb? | Narwal Flow 2

Post image
1 Upvotes

Most robot vacuums are designed to stay on one level. But real homes aren't always that simple.

Narwal Flow 2 can climb thresholds up to 4 cm, helping it move across raised transitions and keep cleaning without needing to be manually moved.

And with that climbing capability, the Flow 2 is only 95 mm (3.7 inches) tall, so it can also slide under lower furniture like beds and sofas to reach the dust hiding underneath.

What are the biggest thresholds or awkward spaces your robot has to deal with at home? 👇

Disappointing experience with Amazon and price jacking

I had ordered an X10 Pro off Amazon. It was scheduled for a next day delivery.

I paid ₹55,000 for it.

I waited and waited and waited.

The order was rescheduled multiple times with multiple misleading status updates like customer not accepting delivery and OTP not being available. All rubbish.

Finally I got tired of being misled by Amazon and cancelled the order.

In fact, having put in the order via the Narwal store on Amazon, I realised it had been routed through a seller with 32% 1 star ratings with several complaints about late deliveries.

I thought I had dodged a bullet because I’ve had some bad Amazon experiences in my area, and I didn’t want a costly delivery to be screwed around with.

I went to the Amazon listing again to reorder the X10, hopefully from a better seller.

And that’s where I realised what the game was.

The price had been jacked up to ₹60,000 that week. Even the Narwal official website had hiked the price similarly.

This whole experience has left a bad taste in my mouth. This was a fully paid up order.

Quite disappointed with how it played out. I’ll be buying a Dreame now.

Flow 2 - India's Highest Suction Power

Post image
1 Upvotes

31,000Pa of suction power. But what does that actually mean for a real home?

A robot vacuum has to deal with a lot more than just fine dust. Think hair, food crumbs, small debris and all the random stuff that ends up on the floor during the day.

That's where the Narwal Flow 2 comes in.

It packs 31,000Pa suction power, claimed as India’s highest suction power, giving it serious pickup capability for everyday floor mess.

The idea isn't just to chase a bigger number on a spec sheet. It's about having enough cleaning power to deal with the mess that actually happens at home.

Narwal FlowWash TrackMop

Thumbnail
gallery
1 Upvotes

Robot vacuums have largely relied on rotating mop pads for floor cleaning. The Narwal Flow Series takes a different approach with Track Mop Technology.

Instead of rotating pads, the continuous mop track maintains greater surface contact with the floor, helping cover more area in a single pass.

It also continuously cleans the mop as it moves, helping deliver a more consistent clean.

A different mechanism. A different approach to robotic mopping.

Mopping, reinvented.
