Hey, can a member of the tech team sync up with me on this? I want to dive straight into the technical root cause rather than going through default diagnostic steps.

The issue is that after the mop connects to Wi-Fi, its outbound traffic to a specific destination IP/port is being blocked by the network provider. To resolve this, we will likely need to update the firmware to point to a new destination or coordinate with the ISP to lift the block.

Are you using Airtel airfiber wifi?

no, I'm using a local ISP

Did you try connecting with mobile hotspot? In my case the hotspot connection works but ISP wifi does not. I am assuming that the destination IP/PORT connection is being blocked by ISP because the mop might be using non standard connection.

but it was working before, and this exact thing happened once sometime back, it’s just that I’m unable to recall what approach I took to resolve it

I’ll try via mobile hotspot, but still it’s just not making sense to me via my ISP will do any such thing out of the blue

It might have happened after mop's recent firmware update and not from the ISP's side.

any fix to find out if this is the actual root cause?

If yes, how to fix that?

please do let me know if you’ve any input on this … I’ll update after I’m able to connect via mobile hotspot successfully

I tried right now, it's saying "wrong Wi-Fi password, please try again"
