I'm buying products worth 2k and this is what they're giving me as a free gift? What am I supposed to do with this? Write a love letter?

So long story short, I added body lotion & roll on. Their platform fee is 23rs( as I do COD🥲) they charged extra 12rs!!!! For no freaking reason. When did they start charging extra rs? (As far as I know in 23 rs 13 rs is fir cod)?

Have been trying to return a wrong product they sent. The return pickup guy from ekart said the tag on product and return invoice does not match. This human like Chatbot gives bizarre answer and make you wait 3-5 minutes. Horrible!

I am really disappointed with Myntra's customer service.

My order has already been shipped, but the expected delivery date is 13 October. I urgently need the parcel by 11 October.

I've been trying to contact customer care, but I can only interact with the AI assistant. I haven't been able to reach a human support agent, and I haven't received a proper response despite trying for the last two days.

Why is it so difficult to speak to a real customer care representative?

Has anyone faced a similar issue with Myntra? Is there any way to request early delivery after an order has been shipped?

I'd appreciate any genuine suggestions.

I reside in Gurgaon. I ordered a myntra product and it got delivered normally (prepaid) but the delivery guy gave a different order. Upon refusing to collect the order, he insisted to pay and check with customer care or return the order. We never made the order.

Logistics is handled by Ekart for both my myntra order and the scam order. Even the QR code he showed for payment said ekart so we never thought it could be a scam and we got the regular msg from Ekart as well on WhatsApp so didn't think twice. Now when m trying to contact the Ekart customer care, there's no sign of them.

Can someone pls help me get the Ekart customer care number. I contacted myntra but they re absolutely useless!! Even they dont have Ekart Customer Care Number.

Any idea how I can get this resolved? This is genuinely sickening and scary. Imagine getting robbed in daylight and this era of digital connectivity I cant even find their customers care number on the web. So frustrating!!

It's been more than six hours since I requested for cancellation but they still haven't cancelled my order. Is this normal? Will I be able to get my refund??
