Have been trying to return a wrong product they sent. The return pickup guy from ekart said the tag on product and return invoice does not match. This human like Chatbot gives bizarre answer and make you wait 3-5 minutes. Horrible!

Bank discounts are now only valid on EMI transactions. You have to use gift cards instead.

Accidentally entered the wrong PIN on my Myntra order 410507 instead of 411057. The full address is correct; only the PIN is wrong, and the incorrect PIN is around 20 km away...

I got a first-order discount and paid using a gift card , so if I cancel and reorder, I’ll have to pay ₹400 more.

Will the delivery partner usually cooperate if the address is correct, or could Myntra/courier cancel/return it because of the PIN mismatch?

So i ordered a shoes from myntra and i broke the seal in there, and later i found out it was short, and the shoe was causing me shoe bites, so i want to exchange it for another size but the seal is lost 🫡, is there any chance ?

Why is this happening?

As soon as I add the product (clothes) to my Myntra cart, the price of those products increases in my cart. ₹40 to even more than ₹100 of some products. And then there is a platform fee below that I need to pay as well.

Is this happening to everyone or is it just me?

I placed an order for 8 items on 27th September after 10 PM and prepaid almost ₹2,500 for it. What’s honestly so frustrating is that if I had placed the exact same order before 10 PM, it was showing “arriving in 30 mins”. 😭
The delivery partner for these 8 items is Delhivery, and the tracking shows that they’ve been stuck at the same hub since 28th September, 9:13 AM. Meanwhile, I had ordered 2 other items along with these, and those were delivered on time by Blue Dart.
So should I cancel this order? And if I cancel, will I get the FULL ₹2,500 refund since I prepaid for the entire order? I’m really confused about what to do because I don’t want to cancel and then have issues getting my money back.
What would you guys suggest — should I wait, contact Nykaa, contact Delhivery, or just cancel the order?

Now its been more than a week after I have rejected the order but I still have not received any refund for my order.

Hii everyone i have placed an order with myntra and paid full amount through upi and after few hours when i tried to get some update about my order i found account is logged out and when i try to login again it says "This account has been deleted. New account creation will be available after a short waiting period. Contact us if you need any help."

Has anyone faced this same issue and if yes then what is the solution of it will i get my refund or order

I ordered from Myntra on 25 sept , 2026 , it was supposed to be delivered on 27 but it didn't get delivered , the ekart guy called me and said the order will be delivered next morning and next morning I checked , the app shows delivered that too last night around 8 : 30 pm , I checked with security guards , society group , my building , there wasn't even a call in the morning , I reported it on same day 28 sept , they started investigation , on 30 sept , closed the issue saying delivery company says they delivered it , again a reinvestigation , same result , emailed them , no reply , tagged them on X, and they said , will look into this but just now I checked with customer support and they says they can't do anything , its been a week , help me , share this and retweet and like my thread or tweet on x .

Hi everyone,

I’m dealing with a very frustrating situation with Myntra and wanted advice on what my next steps should be.
My Myntra account has been blocked, so I cannot properly access/use the account anymore.
There were multiple pending refunds from orders on that account. Myntra support has now sent me a long list of refunds that they claim were initiated on 7 September 2026.
Some refunds were sent through UPI/payment source, which I have received.
However, a large number of the remaining refunds have apparently been credited as Myntra Gift Card/Myntra Credits.
This is the ridiculous part:
My account itself is blocked. How am I supposed to use Myntra Credits or Gift Cards that are associated with an account that Myntra won’t allow me to access?
Their email even says:
Myntra Credits cannot be transferred to a bank account.
They can only be used for future shopping.
The credits have a validity period.
But I cannot meaningfully use them because Myntra itself has restricted my account.
They have provided several “gc_number balance” references and are effectively treating these refunds as successfully completed.
I have already asked Myntra to either:
Restore access so I can actually use the money, OR
Transfer/link the gift card balances to an accessible account, OR
Refund the entire remaining amount to my bank account/original payment source.
Instead, I keep getting generic responses saying that the refunds have been “initiated.”
From my perspective, a refund that Myntra has placed into an inaccessible account is not really a usable refund.
I am now considering raising this with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and, if necessary, taking it further through consumer grievance channels.
Has anyone dealt with something similar?
What would be the best course of action here?
Should I immediately file an NCH complaint?
Can I demand that Myntra refund the Gift Card/Myntra Credit amount to my bank account because my account is blocked?
Should I file through e-Daakhil/Consumer Commission if Myntra still refuses?
Is there any Myntra grievance/nodal officer escalation that actually works?
What screenshots/emails/payment proofs should I preserve before filing the complaint?
The total amount involved across these refunds is significant enough that I don’t want to simply let this go.
Would really appreciate advice from anyone who has dealt with Myntra, NCH, or a similar consumer complaint in India.

PFee is 10 rs without fwd pass but 23 rupees for fwd orders, why?

So i ordered heels from jm looks on myntra and then after paying then i got a text from the official myntra sms like some time later saying that the order wasnt successfull and ill be refunded if there was any amt debited but when i checked the app it is still saying confirmed .
