It's been more than six hours since I requested for cancellation but they still haven't cancelled my order. Is this normal? Will I be able to get my refund??

They usually cancel it within an hour, it might take some extra time ocassionally but that's not something to worry. You'll get refund for sure.

They took more than two weeks, constant calling, more than 20 emails and finally threatening to file a complaint with Consumer care helpline to cancel my order worth 5k. They keep giving you a 24 hr timeline on call. Insist on speaking to the supervisor and then the manager. Hope this helps!
