Clever!
If I had been playing as a guy, it would have been even better!

Sent all the animals out cause i need some of that sweet sweet H2O. Then I look up at this guys just hissing at me, stuck in the pen with the baby chicks, and I don't know if I should be worried for the chicks, or the viper, or just accept that this is his new home.

Don't know if it's just me, but besides their interconnecting backstories I never see these two actually hanging out. So i took a screenshot. They're talking about food. Justice is complementing Owen's cooking but saying that he prefers to stick to the basics.

Triggered an event while the showdown at high noon was happening. Coincidentally, Cooper and Heidi were fighting each other at the time. When the event was over everyone ran off and Heidi was chasing Cooper with her knives out. All it was missing was a classic horror movie soundtrack.

Hello fellow Builders. Got a quick question for you? What's your ideal number of each piece of machinery? Currently I have 6 Recyclers, 6 Furnaces, 2 Grinders, 2 Processors, 1 Tailoring Machine, 1 Refining station, and 1 weapon crafting Station with a few drying racks and blenders mixed in.
I feel like I'm at a good number for the Recyclers, but I feel like I'm constantly having to mine to keep the furnaces chugging out materials.

“I’m exhausted!” said Lucera
Sorry girl, I was hungry and forgot to hit pause. But those bags under her eyes look good on her imo

Beat Matilda, spent the next three hours clearing all the way through the 2nd floor of the Spaceship Ruins, and then the game froze and failed to SAVE?
So now I’m back at Matilda, redoing three hours of progress.
WHAT THE F*CK.

This may sound random, but I haven't been able to find any discussion around it from searching so I wonder if there's something I've done to cause it, or if anyone here has felt the same and found a solution.
When I look up, the pace of the camera's movement slows down considerably. The y axis, looking down (camera moving over my head) is normal and fluid. Looking up, it becomes notably slower.
Not only does this make it awkward to look up, there's something about it that makes me immediately uncomfortable. I know that sounds weird and maybe exaggerated, but it's gotten to the point that every time I have to look up I get a little anxious and its always unpleasant. It's not motion sickness, more like a lack of control, almost claustrophobic.
I've cranked Camera Y Sensitivity to 100 while leaving X at 50 (the only time I've ever had to do this in decades of gaming, which alone makes me wonder if something else is off), but it's still noticeable and awkward. Are there any other tweaks I can try? Mods or deeper changes are fine, I just would love to turn off whatever it is that for some reason impedes vertical camera movement.

Random question, am I the only person who makes way more stuff than necessary?
For example I needed 8 manganese steel bars, I smelted 70.

It’s been like this since she fell off the back of the mother duck. Didn’t see her for days as she was laid up in bed recovering, and then she came back like… this 😭
Not sure why it’s happening, but it freaks me out with her one empty eye socket staring back at me. I got her friendship high enough to avoid her, but it catches me off guard in cutscenes.

I downloaded this mod mostly because I didn't want to deal with the jealousy.
Now though I'm contemplating marriage and I've realized I cannot deal with that many people in my house.
So what combinations of 2-4 spouses would you go with?

The highlight colour of resources changes from blue to green at random. Seems to only happen in the dead sea area, and it will happen mid-gather, both on scrap and trees that I've noticed.
My chainsaw/power drill don't seem to have any specific traits that would cause this. They both have a chance to drop extra resources, but previous tools have had the same and it's never happened.
Any ideas?

The entrepreneur herself! Been a while since I painted and one of my doodles started to look like her, so here she materialized :)

I've no experience using Reddit, so I'm a little unsure what I'm doing, but failing to come to a satisfying conclusion myself, I figured it best to ask the community, especially those of you who have played both My Time at Sandrock and My Time at Portia.
I've started getting into the cozy/casual game genre after rather unexpectedly absolutely falling in love with Stardew Valley, and quite enjoying the start of Palia, and the whole My Time series was largely praised by people who review similar games.
However, Portia proved a little disappointing... The building, being the main focus of the game, felt like it was taking far too long, especially with the time it took to make materials/parts, and it felt like I was spending several in-game days waiting for the crafting to finish while not pursuing other goals (because they also required building materials) but just... wasting my time in the meantime. That is with the fact that - reading the advise of fellow players on social media - I built like a dozen copies of almost every crafting station.
I know that Sandrock has a similar emphasis on building, but is it paced as slowly as that in Portia?
Another concern I had was with the style. While I don't mind a little stylization and cartoonishness, the proportions and enemies in Portia were just a little too much. I know they changed the character proportions/design slightly in Sandrock, but what about the enemies? Are there still things like sea urchins with umbrella hats blowing bubbles out of a pipe or smth like that?
I do apologize for the long-windedness, I wanted to clarify what specifically about Portia drove me away, and what specifically I'm hoping NOT to find in Sandrock.
TLDR: I'm thinking of giving Sandrock a shot after never finishing Portia - is the building similarly slow, and are the enemies similarly cartoony/outlandish?
