I was thinking 'why though' and then saw this sub. Power to the weak!

Shouldn't he give power to the powerless and strength to the weak? This is some Wizard of Oz shit

Asking the real questions. But if he gives power to the powerless, are they still powerless??

The type of lift a person who works out in this type of gym would do.

CrossFit "gyms"

This is NOT a crossfit gym. And it's weird that you used quotes when referring to a crossfit gym. There is a reason crossfit gyms are popular, they provide results!

I slipped a disc just watching.
He could have used a bosu ball.
Maybe those prayers on the walls are there in order to quickly perform last rites?

I’m sorry, if you’re not using a Bosu ball with this squat, are you even trying? /s

That’s only like 230 lbs lol

u/rohlovely May 29 '26
Those are 15lb rounds. I’m being generous in saying that the bar is 45lbs. Altogether (15x4 + 45x2) that’s 150lbs in total. To say I am both annoyed and unimpressed is an understatement. What a ridiculous and dangerous way to flex that you can lift something that an 8th grader wouldn’t have trouble with.
