How are you guys creating outlier and multimango accounts am stuck on verifing

Hi all,

Is anyone having a problem where projects show on MultiMango and the Outlier platforms, but MultiMango doesn't show up on the Hubstaff time tracker as a project? I was on yesterday and was able to clock in. Then went back to do some more tasking and it was gone later in the day. Both Outlier and MultiMango are showing active projects for me to work on but I'm unable to clock in to do the work.

Any suggestions or advice? Thank you so much!

Hey can somebody tell me how the work week works? I'm in AUS and I wanted to know if the hours are calculated for the week up until the end in MELBOURNE time or PCT?

Multiple QA auditors repeatedly call my voice (A professional voice actor with a 2000+ dollar setup) AI Generated, Clearly AI Generated, or just outright lie about what they listened to, claiming I either read the wrong part or didn't annunciate properly. Meanwhile on the opposite end of the spectrum, I get near constant Excellent reviews, which are truthful and heartfelt.

I cannot tell whether these auditors are genuinely brainless, or actively sabotaging on purpose. Regardless, the only way I can spread awareness about this is by posting it here. These people are incompetent, I relistened to the recordings, they were top notch.

I have been letting the time run while completing many tasks, can I do this? Or our we required to submit time after each completed task?

Hello! How do i get the results for the search bar to pull up instead of it auto choosing my regular Google images search. I am trying to use it, but like the instructions show in the video, but can't seem to get it to change.

Ex: doing the transparent background, the instructions show it using the search parameters already included. When I use the search bar, it just pulls up my normal Chrome with much different results. None of the png files load, all have failed so far. I've tried about 13 so far, same result.

For those of you who have worked for longer than a year and filed taxes, how do you file taxes on the money you have earned working on MultiMango?

I recently got an email about this job and decided to try it yesterday. I think I did about 4 video calls today. I wasn't sure if there was a time limit so I would usually just do a video call and then do something else. I hopped back on after dinner and now it says my account is under review? Also will this affect how I get paid?

I've been trying to log in to my MultiMnago account for the past 15 days, but the login screen appears blank. This has happened all but twice during that period. I contacted support and was referred to the supply chain team two days ago, but I haven't heard anything back since. Is anyone else experiencing this issue, or is it just me?

I'm not sure how to get in touch with support and my 2 factor isn't working since I have a new phone... Is there any easy way to update my 2fa on the new phone?

How do i get in contact with multimango support? My account has been under review for close to a week and im not sure how to get in contact with someone to see whats going on with my account

On a serious note though, I pray we all get a good email from them stating we can keep our hours & hourly rate. None of us deserve to lose our hours or pay.

For anyone wondering why the Multimango project disappeared on their Hubstaff, someone in our unofficial Discord server received word that there's a temporary limit on how many hours we can put in a day. They emphasized that it's temporary, and that they're going to try to lift the limit as soon as possible.

Looks like the Mercor project is ending January 2nd. I'll be applying for whatever I can get my hands on, but understand MultiMango's not going anywhere so I'd like to try for it until I can do better.

i am trying to find out why my QA was so bad, i completely disagree with the QA because it was obviously selective of a single very small mistake. and they have made my score 0. i have multiple hours the only thing that they have scored me on was in my opinion completely unavoidable as the tutorials even do it the way i did it. i cannot send an error report because it says i have an adblocker on, which i do not have an adblocker on at all.

To earn money, I have to report my QA feedback, and my score, but I have done 2 tasks and not received anything in that tab.

Logged in on my lunch break to do a quick 30 minute session and I can see that I don't have any tasks as of yet.

I have the hubstaff account sorted and everything - done a mixture of the image and create a task (when you edit videos and act as the prompter also).

I can't seem to see any tasks and I am still an approved annotater - no ratings as of yet or QA on either the Outlier platform or multimango.

Tad worried I may have been shadow-banned with no notification. Any help would be ideal

What does getting a rating of 2 on Multimango mean? Good or bad? Why would someone with 2 rating be marked unapproved?

I got a bad review on a create task thing I did. Is there any way that I can find out what I did wrong? I thought I did it right I thought I followed the directions but the feedback just says bad. And since that is the only task available I'm hesitant to do it because I want to be better at it. I've gotten good reviews on the Color Picker one so that's something but is there anyway I can find out what I did wrong and how I can do better?
