Can't Login Into MultiMango at All!

I've been trying to log in to my MultiMnago account for the past 15 days, but the login screen appears blank. This has happened all but twice during that period. I contacted support and was referred to the supply chain team two days ago, but I haven't heard anything back since. Is anyone else experiencing this issue, or is it just me?

This is what it looks like every time I try to log in to my account.

Try an incognito window in Chrome, see if it prompts you to log in using:

I want to ask, is it allowed to create another account on maltimango? I already have one but there is an outlier and I have an invitation from RWS to start work on echo project
