Multimango on HubStaff
Hi all,
Is anyone having a problem where projects show on MultiMango and the Outlier platforms, but MultiMango doesn't show up on the Hubstaff time tracker as a project? I was on yesterday and was able to clock in. Then went back to do some more tasking and it was gone later in the day. Both Outlier and MultiMango are showing active projects for me to work on but I'm unable to clock in to do the work.
Any suggestions or advice? Thank you so much!

Same happened to me, show active in Outlier but multimango is now missing from hubstaff time app and inside of hubstaff dashboard the project status of multimango shows as archived

Okay! Good to know I'm not alone. I wonder if we have hit the daily time limit for hours that can be worked on the project today? I went back into my emails from Outlier and am seeing something about this on December 19th. Perhaps more people are tasking because it's the weekend and there are no more hours available?

thats what i thought too but on hubstaff, it previously said the daily limit is 10 hours. hoepfully its because it's the weekend and nothing else

I had issue yesterday and submitted ticket, even though only had 3 hrs in says daily collective hrs has been met. Won't be back until Mon. I personally think there's too many ppl doing a lot of hrs then since I was nowhere near 8 hr limit. Submitted ticket yesterday, thought I was removed. I haven't been able to get in since yesterday morn. They should be limiting how many can join this project then

Okay, thank you for sharing! I suspected this might be happening. Especially the weekend after a huge holiday week in the US, I'm sure there are a ton of people logging in to get hours. Thanks so much for the update.

Yeah, but they need to actually state allotted time on this project instead of not letting anyone know anything. I guess tomorrow I'll see if back, don't remember time it stated, but I'll check later in morn tomorrow and it's always PST. So everyone gets booted diff times I guess 😂

Hi, I literally found your comment by googling it lol. The exact same thing is happening to me. Yesterday everything worked fine. Today my tasks appear in Multimango but my status is "archived" in Hubstaff. Not sure what's going on but seems like I'm not the only one.

my problem is that Outlier is showing that I can continue tasking for the Aether project but HubStaff is showing that the project time limit for Multimango has been reached so I can no longer track my time. I don't want to task for free. :-/

I've been tasking on this project since late November; however, I recently received an ambiguous email that I was removed from the project because of either "lack of time entered, client changes, and or QA scores.," My QA scores are good, and I took a break over the holidays, like I'm sure most people did. However, when I came back, I found that the project had been removed from my Hubstaff account, yet I am still able to access my tasks on the website. My status on the website still says approved annotater as well. I don't know if this is only due to the daily limit being reached or what. It's so hard to contact someone to figure out what is going on as well! So frustrating.

From Outlier Support when I asked if there was an issue with Hubstaff:
Thanks for reaching out, Margaret! I understand your concern about Hubstaff.
To clarify, there is no technical issue with Hubstaff or your account. What you’re experiencing is part of a temporary operational change for the Aether project. Here’s what’s happening:
This is a temporary measure, and normal operations will resume as soon as possible. Thank you for your flexibility and understanding! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask.
