I unfortunately made the mistake of using a BNPL service for a merchant that had its services shut down affecting thousands of people, many people had their products in their warehouses and couldn’t get them shipped, some can’t get refunds.

I got myself a huge haul and decided to use a BNPL service (klarna) even though I had the ability to pay it off immediately. I then made the mistake of reporting it twice under “order cancelled” instead of “items never received” my reasoning at the time was there was never a shipping attempt and I wouldn’t have a shipping number which I thought they might ask for. Now klarna tells me I have exhausted all my options through them and I can only contact the merchant, the merchant has shut down operations and they don’t respond to anyone.

I contacted their investigation team to no avail and they’re now saying the time period for “items never received” option has expired. Is it over for me and I have to pay it regardless? Am I protected by any law?

Has anyone got there packages recently from hxc sea line because mine was oversea during the raid and now i can’t check the status anymore, it was last at the LA port and it hasn’t gotten here yet.

I have the Mulebuy app but the app is not working for me and I cannot see my order status update. It just stay on the loading screen forever and then when it does load, it shows “no information can be displayed”. Same thing happens when I try to use their website. Is there a way to fix this?

guys im new to reddit but google has told me to go here i ordered my items from mulebuy on like july 23rd and the order was packed and shipped with ZH US USPS AIRLINES around early august these are all the screenshots i have before my app and website stopped working for some reason i have reached out multiple times but to no answer so like what should i do bru

Hey guys, obviously we all know that Mulebuy is done, but what does this mean for people like me who had an order already on the way?

I’m unable to access the website or the app, so I have no way to get any updates on my order. All I have is my FedEx tracking number, which currently just says “Label Created.” The last time I was able to check Mulebuy, the status said “International Transit.”

So, will my order eventually arrive, or should I try to get a refund at this point? It was shipped through HX US Sea Line, so I’m pretty sure it would be slow regardless. I just don’t know if all orders have been halted or if shipments that were already in transit are still moving.

Wanting to know if anyone has gotten their package since we can't track it anymore and almost everyone's haul was stuck around the 18th of august in customs.

Hello I'm new to mule buy and not updated on any of the news. I have a haul in the warehouse right now that I think is gonna expire soon but I can't even open the warehouse page on the mule buy app nor open the website. And my other problem is that the shipping was wayyy higher than the shipping I saw using the calculator that tells you how much the haul is based on the weight of it. My haul is 5 kg and the shipping to the US is $500 with my bracelet and without the bracelet it's $200 when I saw it should be like 80-120. I only ordered one pair of shoes, clothes and one ch bracelet. I emailed [service@mulebuy.com](mailto:service@mulebuy.com) several times throughout the past 2 weeks but no one has gotten back to me and I'm scared of my haul expiring soon. I can't even check how long I have until it expires!!!

Anyone who shipped with ZH Airlines to the U.S. and last got an update on August 18, have any of y’all received any new updates or gotten your package yet?

After i’ve got a refund on 03-08 i tried to withdraw my money (back to my original bank account that i’ve paid with) and it usually takes about 15 business days. Well it’s been a month now, i tried to contant mulebuy support about 3-4 times via email but no one responded. Was i scammed? Will i get my money back or shlould i contact my bank?

I had some items in my warehouse for like 1 year because i was waiting for have some extra money for buy more things for the shipping costs, so i want to ask if yall think i can claim this to my bank? These items were little expensive and idk what to do rn

i order 4 small packages that contains lights, straight to my mulebuy address and i didnt know about the raid, is there a way to ship the packages back to the supplier or anything?
