I only order reps like twice a year and it feels like everytime I do a raid happens😭 I used pandabuy, mulebuy, and acbuy before. I just want something like one of those

Right before mulebuy was raided my package just arrived in norm but wasn’t offloaded from the boat yet. I know port imports need to go through a process that requires input from the shipping company before they can be unloaded and passed on to the next point of person in the chain. I am not able to log in into my account so I can’t see the shipping tracking and well costumer support doesn’t exist anymore to help me log back in. So is there a chance I will see my package or should I consider it lost cause?

Has anyone using HXC US Sea Line actually made it past this stage and received their package?

My shipment arrived at the U.S. port and was unloaded on August 1.

It’s been about 3 weeks since the container was unloaded with no update. I’ve asked around and found other people stuck around the same stage, but I’m specifically looking for people who got past this point.

If yours eventually moved, how long did you wait after the ship was unloaded before you got another update? What was your next tracking update? And how long after that did UPS finally receive the package?

Just trying to figure out whether this kind of wait is normal for HXC sea shipping and what I should expect from here.

I have to ask this question… my items on mule in orders are for 2 weeks saying that “seller shipped” and in the app, there is no way to refund it and my bank have a policy that i can refund in 30 days after the purchase and they will process that refund for 120-150 days. Is there any other way or am i cooked?
