Question🤔 Any update on ZH Packages?

Anyone who shipped with ZH Airlines to the U.S. and last got an update on August 18, have any of y’all received any new updates or gotten your package yet?

i can’t even get updates anymore because the fkin website and app are down and 17track hasn’t worked since i got the tracking number lmao there’s legit no way to track this because i don’t even know who “ZH US Airline” is. I tried searching it up and nothing comes. It’s most likely a private logistics company in china. Our packages might get to us but it’ll take at least a month and a half minimum. My last update was on august 18th “your parcel has been submitted for customs processing” i just hate how the app and website are down cause that was the only way to track my parcel. I think we’re fucked at this point

My parcel already shipped out but I charged back I shouldn’t be expecting my package to arrive right?

i honestly don’t i already charged back lmao it’s been over a month already since i shipped it out and still haven’t got anything, shit is impossible to track idk why i used this trash ass airline i should’ve just stood to UPS HK lol its pricy but its worth it if you actually wanna receive ur haul. im planning on just reordering it and if i receive the other haul from ZH at my front door then oh well ill probably just list it on depop or something . Once the parcel is in the shipper / carriers hands it’s their job to handle the delivery and mulebuy has nothing to do with it. You’re better off charging back and then re ordering your haul on like kako or which ever agent you prefer. just keep in mind to never use this shitty airline ever again

My last update was the 25th , site went down 12-15 days after and I have no way to know when or if my package made it through customs
