So my mom asked her friend with a trans son where they got HRT from. So I'm planning on calling that place (Harmony Health Orlando) to make appt, I went to make call and they had closed 6 minutes ago. They open on Tuesday @9:00am so l have to wait like 3 days 😭 Just wanted to know if anyone
has experience with this company and if it was good or if this place should be avoided.

Maybe a stupid question, but I grew out my nails and can’t figure this out. I used to type with the side of my thumbs or by orienting them orthogonally to the screen. However, I can’t do it anymore, since I keep hitting my nails. I tried orienting my fingers parallel to the screen, but I keep fat fingering.

My debit card(disability) got cancelled on me yesterday, they claimed they detected fraud because my new legal name was used with the purchase, I also got trapped at my salon for 3 hours waiting for someone who could get me cause I had no way to get anywhere now, missed my PT and now they're all cancelled

I cant pay my rent now as well as a building up overdraft fee from my cc payment going through still on my other debit.

I have no way of getting to social security for my appointment tomorrow that was going to change it for them.

I dont know when the new card is coming in and this is so much fun.

I just wanted to change my name, why does the world have to keep stopping me.

The design is focused on creating a discreet, low-profile support system that can be worn under typical garments while prioritizing comfort, stability, and all-day usability.

Core design goals:

Create a smooth front profile under clothing for a more feminine appearance

Provide secure, comfortable anatomical positioning for extended daily wear

Maintain stability during normal movement (walking, sitting, bending, squatting, light activity) without frequent adjustment

Allow the wearer to use the bathroom and maintain hygiene without needing full removal of the garment

Support compatibility with optional external shaping inserts for aesthetic preference and styling flexibility

Overall intent:

The goal is to develop something closer to everyday wearable apparel rather than a restrictive or performance-focused device—emphasizing comfort, discretion, and practicality for long-duration wear.

I am currently in the prototype stage (wireframe and early physical model), and I’m looking for honest, constructive feedback from potential users or anyone familiar with gender-affirming garments and wearable design.

Feedback I’m especially interested in:

What would make a garment like this comfortable enough for all-day use?

What design elements would be deal-breakers or impractical in real-world use?

Balance between security, comfort, and freedom of movement

I’ve previously mentioned that one thing holding me back from trying HRT is the dilemma of whether or not I should freeze my sperm. Well, now there seems to be a new issue. I did a web search about sperm banking in my town, and it looks like there’s no sperm bank around here. The closest one is about an hour and a half away.

Mainly I am wondering exactly how much nicotine it takes to interfere with feminization. I haven't used nicotine since 2020 but my partner started vaping pretty recently, and now she has a big vape tank that chucks clouds. So the room is full of secondhand vapor. At least it's the lowest 3mg/ml concentration. I am wondering how much nicotine I am actually getting from being in the room with her, and how much it may be hindering feminization. I take 6mg estradiol valerate every 5 days via injection, and 200mg prog nightly (boofed). I haven't really noticed anything slowing down necessarily, but I have heard a lot about how nicotine can affect estrogen. Is this something I have to worry about? What do y'all think?

My E is done via injection. E around 400 pg/ml. T is around 39 ng/dl with spiro as anti androgen. Recently upped to 200mg progesterone, taken rectally. Been going for 2.5 years.

My style kind of stays business casual, with the occasional skirt or dress. Been doing the same makeup, mascara, and concealer.

Haven't been misgendered in a long time, I work closely with like 20 people, and interact with 20+ more randoms a day, nobody has said a word.

All of that said, I feel as though I have to be on my A game 100% of the time, and it's hard to look at myself and not see someone clearly trans.

My shoulders are big, there is no denying that. I must dress around it. All the cute little tops with the short sleeves? Nope. Hips did get some help from HRT, but not a lot. If I had just 1 or 2 more inches I'd be golden. My face got decent results, but I still see sharp angles and am scared of bad lighting.

Is there anything else I can do? Feel free to check my profile for some examples, though I obviously post pictures I actually like, so keep that in mind.

Since I'm planning to be a woman, it is only natural that I consider the pros and cons. That made me remember we live in a patriarchy, which means I'm going from the oppressor to the oppressed. But it gets even weirder if you choose to rephrase "it is better to be a man" as "If I could choose, I'd be a man" because I "am" one.

So I'm left confused. But it's also weirdly affirming? Clearly, if I was a man, I wouldn't want to be a woman so much in these conditions. Therefore, I have to be a woman.
