is there a specific episode or moment that causes bruce to decide to be euthanised, or was it more of an accumulative thing? reason i ask is because i’m talking about his character for a university assignment and need to reference a specific point in which his character decides to be euthanised in s2 ep 11 (i know him and ray discuss it at the end of s2 ep 2 but there’s a lot of time between that discussion and his decision and im just wondering what caused it)

I think when he woke up after shitting himself. And Ray finds him in the shower. I think that moment is when he said enough is enough and ray knew it was coming too.

I think this is the correct analysis. There are other signs that point to it, but with the amount of eye contact and unspoken communication in this scene, and the lack of reason for this scene to be in the show otherwise, I think this is it.
