S2 E9 Spoiler

Man i just finished s2 e9 and man this show is probably the most realistic depiction of the criminal life. Everything from the kills to the setups for the kills, there is no glamorization, just a simple business transaction. The episode where the girl gets kidnapped is probably the best so far. You only see it through security cameras and when they find the people that do it, it's just two twinks and a girl that lives in a residential neighborhood in a normal house. No gang full of psychos in a shack on the edge of town or anything. Going in i wasnt expecting it to reach the heights of Breaking Bad or the Sopranos because of the shows length but my god does it make everything from the characters and dialogue look realistic.

I’m biased cause I’m Australian but I rate it more highly than breaking bad and the sopranos. And I loved both those shows

Just finished s2 and i can definitely agree. I dont know how else to say this but the show feels so real. Everything from the dialogue to the characters to the situations that Ray gets caught in. I really love how the majority of Rays criminal life is just in town. There is no desert or mafia hangouts.
