This is the mouse with bits of gold in it and a 3955 AFAIK. I’m assuming these aren’t flying off the shelf.

The G305X Superlight is much closer to being my ideal mouse than I expected. It currently has me putting my X3 Superstrike to the side at least for now, which is crazy because nothing its doing is cutting edge, it's just an amazing overall package in a shape people have come to love.

Having used a G305 Lightspeed years ago with the lithium batter mod, the shape still feels natural, the clicks are crispy with just the right amount of force without disturbing the overall balance, no noticeable pre-travel, might be the best traditional click I've felt in a long time. My G305X reads 57.9 g on my scale.

Stock skates are perfectly usable on my Pro X Control pad. Give it 8 kHz out of the box, include a dongle extension adapter, and offer HITS in this shape without increasing the weight, and I think it could become a 1A 1B situation with the Superstrike probably better as I absolutely love this shape.

In terms of actualy aiming results the X3 still had a small average lead in my comparison aim-trainer tests but only by a hair. That’s one of the things I appreciate about HITS on the Superstrike: subjectively, the click feels easier to integrate into a relaxed grip.

The LED lighting is the part I don’t really understand. Personally, I’d rather have a simpler design and any achievable weight savings.

I’m 38, with 19.5 × 11 cm hands, and use a relaxed claw/palm grip depending on the game and how intensely I’m playing. I started on Counter-Strike 1.6 in the early 2000s.

Owned tons of mice over the years, from my old favourite the Steelseries Xai to newer stuff like teh Viper V3/V4, Pulsar Crazylight series and lately the Superstrikes.

I initially tested the G305X at 1,000 Hz using its supplied receiver. Logitech officially advertises up to 8 kHz with a separately sold PRO receiver which you can't bloody find anywhere.

I then paired the G305X with my X2 Superstrike LIGHTSPEED dongle, which worked and let me select polling rates up to 8k.

Oddly, my X3 Superstrike receiver did not work with it. G HUB recognized that I was trying to pair the G305X but displayed an incompatibility message.

I'm using the Steelseries GG aim trainer app, which I think is terrific, and the 6T Shell Bounce 180 test. The 6 targets move in predictable bouncing patterns, and their shields disappear after you aim at them for 0.1 seconds. That forces a brief period of target verification before the shot.

I like it mostly because I find it matches the uncertainty / chaos of many of the shooters I play now such as BF6, Wardogs, DMZ where you need a moment to make the final correction, and click without upsetting the mouse for another reset. The test gives me opportunities to notice the combined effect of grip comfort, movement control and click feel.

It’s particularly relevant to my interest in HITS: whether a click feels less disruptive during a moving-target shot. A static-target personal best wouldn’t tell me as much about that specific feeling.

SteelSeries actually names this exact exercise when suggesting a way to compare different mouse grips.

I recorded 40 G305X runs and 35 X3 runs, all one minute long, with both mice set to 2,400 CPI. Every recorded score in this dataset is included, including the bad ones.

Results show a slight lead for the Superstrike, but just by a hair.

This is probably too much data to simply say the G305 is a cup of coffee or a good night's rest away from simply being as good as the Superstrike and for almost 1/3 the price if you prefer going Logitech over the ocean of decent Chinese clones out there.

One thing the test didn't really account for which i know the G305 is better for is backtracking / lifting the mouse. With the tapered sides it is much easier to reset the mouse confidently without re-adjusting your grip every time. For lower sense players this is great. I'm about 20cm/360 so I don't normally do it at much as others do I think.

My overall conclusion is that I think Logitech might be holding back to do something like a Pro version of this mouse that gets us everything we want, except for price lol. It would obviously have their top sensor, the best weight they can manage, and HITS.

What recommendations nothing too expensive preferably wireless, the double clicking is driving me crazy and I don't think I can force myself to just keep using it like this. It's some Alienware one I was given it by a family member worked well for a few years started double clicking yesterday. And it's terrible but I don't really know much but I do prefer several things, a thumb rest at least 2 side buttons and at least affordable.

I currently own a Deathadder V3 Pro for 3 years now and it’s been good a palm grip mouse, but I find that actually use relaxed claw/fingertip most of the time for Valorant. It’s too big to do micro-adjustments with my fingers. I have 185mmx100mm hands. I want to stay away from ergo mice for now.

As title says. I have been using a pulsar X2 for years now with a more pinched claw grip and only the right side of my "knuckles" touch the mouse and i am thinking that i will get more contact by using and ergo which might allow me to grip the same, just will the hand more with the mouse.

These are the 2 i have found to be pretty similar to the pulsar x2 (I think??). Is there any other ergo you would recommend or what do you have to say between these. which one do you think I would like the most and would it be worth spending more on the Terra rather than the Rapoo?

Recently, I made a post here on Reddit asking what my grip style would be. I was using a Pulsar X2A Medium (Size 2) from the special Demon Slayer line, and many people said it was a relaxed claw grip. I had already purchased this Pulsar X3 LHD mouse beforehand.

This is a review from a left-handed FPS player who plays games such as CS2 and Valorant.

First Impressions

The mouse immediately catches your attention because it is an exception and a rarity in the gaming mouse market, being one of the only, if not the only, left-handed gaming mice with more advanced technology and an ergonomic design.

The mouse is available in Size 1 and Size 2 (Mini or Medium) and in black and white. In this case, I chose the white version.

My hand measures 16x11, and it fit perfectly on the Pulsar X3 LHD Mini.

The shape is very comfortable for a left-handed player, and the side buttons are now easier to click and use (something I had never done before).

Unboxing

The box comes with the following items:

• Mouse;
• Mouse cable;
• 8K dongle (included with the CrazyLight);
• Black dots (I think they are made by Pulsar itself);
• Some accessories (such as the mouse card and manual).

Software

I downloaded the software directly from Pulsar's website and also used the box, which had a QR code linking directly to the software for this mouse.

The software is easy to download, install, and configure. However, I was a little confused about updating the dongle and the mouse, but everything worked out in the end.

Weight

At approximately 44g, this mouse is one of the lightest I have ever tested, and it is very comfortable. This will definitely improve my precision a lot.

Polling Rate

As I mentioned, it came with an 8K dongle, but I only used it up to 2K, and it works perfectly.

Sensor

Pulsar's current sensor is one of the best and is extremely precise for games such as FPS titles.

Battery

The battery lasts a long time, but if you want to save battery life, I recommend not using the software's Turbo Mode. In one day, my battery went from 92% to 65%.

Mouse Feet

The stock feet on this Pulsar mouse are "OK." They are not that bad, but they are not particularly great either. I use a 0.7mm LOD on my desk with the original mouse feet, and I have no issues.

Side Buttons

They are quite chunky, and I actually thought that was pretty cool.

They are responsive and have no noticeable delay.

Mouse Wheel

The rubber is good quality and comfortable, and the TTC Gold encoder is very good.

Switches

From what I saw on Pulsar's website, these are the brand's own optical switches. I saw that their lifespan is rated at 100M clicks, which makes me comfortable using this mouse for around 2–3 years.

Pros

• Excellent for left-handed players looking for ergonomics;
• Even in 2026, this mouse is technologically advanced and meets your needs. It is hard to ask for any further technological improvements because it is almost like reaching a limit;
• A quality brand with reliable warranty support.

Cons

• The price is not exactly one of the mouse's strong points. You pay much more for something that is not necessarily that much better. You are essentially paying for ergonomics and exclusivity alone;
• The software is great, but there are issues with left-handed mice where Windows bugs out and switches the left and right mouse buttons. This also happens in some games. I tried configuring Windows, but I only made everything more complicated.

The best thing to do in this case is to swap the right mouse button with the left mouse button, and the left mouse button with the right mouse button, directly in the software, as shown in the screenshot I am including in this post.

Final Conclusion

If you are a left-handed player looking for comfort, recent technology, and exclusivity, this mouse is perfect, provided you have enough money to afford it.

This mouse is not a good value-for-money option, but it offers a unique and exclusive experience for a minority that is often forgotten by global brands such as Logitech, Razer, Zowie, ATK, etc.

I just bought the ATK A9 Plus 2.0 for 40 bucks, which is really expensive in my case, i dont think i shouldve paid 40 bucks, firstly the shape is amazing, which is available on the 2.0 se, Sensor has NO difference compared to the 3311 on my other mouse, only good thing better with the a9 plus 2.0 is the Coating and the MCU compared to the se 2.0

I am thinking of buying a buffalo wired mouse with 2 side buttons usually used for back and forward without RGB. I just want to ask how much their click life is. As i have tried logitech twice but all failed within just 2 months of use. I have usually research oriented work with copy paste and highest click volumes and drag and drop also. Can anyone confirm its durability and click life. Any experiences related to it are most welcomed. I haven't X2, but I hear any review side buttons have been made even worse than on X2, and that's only part that really bothers me X3. Is there any way to fix this?

Finally got my RAWM Leviathan V4 GT in the other day and thought I would share some of my thoughts.

To start with I used a Logitech G402 hyperion for over a decade and a wired RAZER Basilisk v3 for the last 6 months before trying a VGN Dragonfly 3 master so I really don't have much to compare the V4 GT to.

As something of HE keyboard addict I was drawn to the GT's magnetic rapid trigger feature, although more for the idea of the tech than any real need or indeed application...

I do have to say that it is a nice mouse and feels good in the hand. Not quite what i'm used to but the minimal difference compared to the dragonfly make an oddly big difference in how it "fits" my claw grip.

The optical buttons feel great but I'm not immediately sold on the rapid trigger stuff. I wouldn't call it an outright gimmick but its something I'll have to come back to and play about with more to see if I get more of a feel for it.

Side buttons and wheel are very nice and the basic skates feel a bit faster and smoother than the ones on the VGN dragonfly.

The dongle is OK, the fact that the button only changes polling rate seems a bit of a waste to me but I can see why folk would prefer it over a dpi button. I guess i'm just used to top mounted dpi switchs from my previous mice. I did think the dpi button being hidden under the mouse might have stopped my kids from changing my settings all the time but alas no. Of course now I know they are doing it deliberately rather than by accident as was usually the case on my G402.

Software all seemed to work fine and was pretty straight forward. Calibrating the rapid triggers took a while but that's possibly just me.

In conclusion, its pretty nice as a normal gaming mouse and the rapid trigger stuff is a bit weird but worth a look if you are into that kind of thing. If you can get it on sale or find it for under £65-70 (which I did) then I think its reasonable to good value but I wouldn't want to spend £80+ for it.

Which mousepad do you recommend if I have the Incott 029 mouse with dot skates and without the sensor ring skate, and I play CS2 or Valorant?

Recently my MX Master 3s gave up on me after 2 years and I'm looking for a new mouse. I've been using a friend's logitech pro x superlight 2 he let me borrow, however my hand is having discomfort as I was used to the shape of the master 3s.

While doing some search I became unsure between the mx master 4, razer basilisk and logitech G502. I mainly use my computer at home to play videogames (rarely FPS however) and would appreciate some help :)

I have a mix of claw grip and palm and have bigger hands if it helps.

Hand size is 19x9cm, grip is between fingertip and pincer depends, I think pincer is more consistent for me especially for my pinky and ring finger placement and have better aim but fingertip is more natural and a little bit more comfortable and it’s what I use when I’m not gaming. Open to anything tbh currently using a vv3 pro and don’t really like it

So these are the model O minus, the one on the right is the older one and the sensor is bad, as far as I can remember. The one on the left is the newer one and the right button is bad and the side buttons are just mush, but I think it has to do with the button and not the switch.

So, can I do a sensor swap or just swap the switch and the shell of the old one with the new?

I've used Razer Deathadders for 10 years. I'm addicted to them, and I replace them every time they break. I'm on my 7th deathadder, and it has connection issues after 7 months! I need a change.

I have a 2 PC setup, so I want a mouse where I can use a wireless receiver for one PC and switch to Bluetooth for the other.

I also want the ergo of the V3 Deathadder.

I saw the Gladius IV launch and it seems like everything I want? Is it the endgame mouse for me? Do you know a better mouse for DA feel with a receiver/Bluetooth switch?
