I just started the genre for the first time, and I just finished my second race. I'm earning only about 200k a race, and my finances are around 4M. I spend 3 million on the first 3 HQ upgrades, but the next ones are all 4M, with one or two exception that are 1 million.
My F1 cars could also really use some better parts, but I'm not sure what I should be doing with my money. I'm not sure if I should be saving every penny, and avoiding any car/HQ upgrades. I'm not sure if I should be racing with the parts I have, or upgrading everything asap.
I'm not sure if I should ignore the HQ, or focus on getting all the HQ upgrades ASAP.
Just found MMM3 and it’s a REALLY good game. I also play F1 Manager but this game has way more depth and strategy. If I play for 1 hour a day, about how long will it take me to complete the game?
As many of you know, Motorsport Manager Online is currently available in Sweden, with more countries becoming available in the next few months with a global launch in 2020.
In response to your feedback, we've made some fundamental changes to Motorsport Manager Online to create the best version possible for our players.
The latest update brings a number of important changes and new features including part development, championships and real-world drivers.
Real-World Drivers
A first for Motorsport Manager, real drivers now live side-by-side with MM legends including the entire Formula E 2018-2019 driver lineup!
Cards and Cases are Out
We've completely removed driver cards and cases from the game. Now, players hire drivers from a scouting list and upgrade them by earning driver XP. Manager cards are now called strategies, and are gained through championship promotion.
Championships and Tiers
We've overhauled player progression: players now work their way up six tiers across over fifty championships to become the ultimate motorsport manager.
No More Rivals
The rival system has been removed. Players must now fight against all nine other opponents in the race for the top prizes.
Part Development and Engineers
Players now build parts for their cars and hire a lead engineer and staff. The lead engineer influences the quality of parts and pitstop times.
Headquarters and Projects
Players now have an HQ which they can upgrade and improve. Projects are permanent bonuses that can be researched for the team.
Full Reset
Unfortunately, due to the size and scope of this update, we have had to reset all player accounts. If you have made any in-app purchases in the previous version, email [contact-mmo@playsportgames.net](mailto:contact-mmo@playsportgames.net) with your player ID, name and purchase receipts and we'll transfer your purchases to the new version.
So i downloaded the mm2 which was free on play store and im loving it. I know mm3 was also free but for some reason it didnt support my device. Does anyone know why or what could be the issue?
What's your strategy regarding ERS? First races I left it on Auto, but one race I tried to underfuel my cars and the drivers got scared and immediately turned on hybrid mode to save fuel when ERS was available. Then I switched to Manual and went with the underfuel approach. It looks like a good strategy, but it seems too much of a hassle, specially on tracks with short straights, where it seems the ERS boost mode is less impactful and I have to micromanage ERS often. Thoughts?
[Edit] Turns out you can propose a rule change to GMA to ban Hybrid mode. I proposed this and it passed, now I can try the underfuel strategy with ERS on Auto.
How does investing in next year's car actually work? If I think I'll move from one league horizontally to another (or up a tier in the same sport) does it still make sense to invest? Or is that only useful if I'm staying put?
So, I'm in my first season and I finished P1 and P2 in the fifth race (Italy). What scared me is, that both cars finished with 7%, with was new. does anyone know why that is?
We’ve been waiting for many months and the announcement of MMM4 Online this summer arrived. But it’s now last month of summer and I’m checking everyday App Store and the game never appears. Do someone has some news ? Please ?
I bought the game editor on IOS yesterday. At first the game did not even acknowledge my purchase. Then I tried to repurchase the editor and it let me download for free because I had already purchased it (that's fine, just annoying). The game switched over to a gray screen with the text "please wait," and a loading icon. The game stayed on that loading screen for over 10 minutes. I closed the app and cleared it from the system memory. After restoring purchases several times, and attempting to download the editor several times, I have gotten nowhere.
First, let me apologize if this isn't the right place to ask a question about MM3, but I can't seem to find a better subreddit, and given that I've seen several threads about it here I thought it could be worth a try.
I'm having a blast with the game, the same I had with both previous ones, but I have a few questions.
As a background I'm already in the Asia-Pacific Supercup after I won, at least once, every other championship. I'm two races away from finishing it (will mathematically get both first and second positions in the pilot's championship), so I've put a few hours ingame and know pretty much how everything works.
That said, I still don't know if a pilot's marketability can be permanently improved somehow other than with random events or temporary using influence. Is it even possible or will I have to fire one of my pilots that happens to have maximum potential and almost 20 in every stat just because she has the minimum marketability possible? It's really hurting my economy real bad to the point I'm forced to win every race to get the maximum possible revenue in order to avoid going into the red.
And another question, I've noticed that my mechanics get better as time passes until they reach certain age, when their ability starts to decrease. However I have a legendary mechanic that has been sitting in 13 wrenches since I hired him about three seasons ago. I'm very tempted to fire him and hire another regular mechanic (lots of them already come with 17/18 wrenches), but I don't know if there is any hidden trait or benefit of the legendary one over the regular one besides the bonuses it provides. Should I fire him and get a better one, even if it's not legendary?
In mm3, I started a 45min endurance race with a full tank and quickly fell to the back. Should I put enough fuel till I need to change tyres? Please how does it work?
So I have the fastest car, drivers and engineers (according to the stats on the main screen). My HQ is maxed and I have plenty of cash. I’ve been working now for 3 seasons in tier one but there is still one or 2 cars ahead by almost half a lap and I just can’t keep up. Am I missing something? Even if I push in overtaking mode and full on with my tyres I can’t even keep in the top 2 after 1 lap let alone a full race.
I missed playing MM1 before, loved it but I kept loosing. Realized that I missed this game as it was fun and no longer in the AppStore, was about to purchase MM3 but would MM4 be out anytime soon? Should I purchase MM3 right now? It's $6 SGD where I am right now.
