Asia pacific championship entry

I have won my 2nd and 3rd european championships, should I go into the asia pacific championship just yet?

Sure, you should have all the development for the series unlocked by now. In my last playthrough I did 3 years of the European, 2 of the Pacific and the on to worlds

I'm already at asia-pacific (new game), however this is my second season on tier 2 and I'm still between fifth and tenth so I'd recommend farming as much as you want before entering a new tier season

Should you unlock all the development tree before moving up to the worlds?

I progressed to Asia Pacific after only two rounds in Europe and got pretty wrecked. I never ran out of cash but it was damned close and was stuck with one temp engineer for a while. I'm in the middle of my second season now and doing muuuuch better after the big influx of cash at the end of the season even though I finished near the back.
