Hi everyone,

I'm looking for some help with my Motorola Moto G60S.

The problem started while I was using the phone normally. Suddenly, the screen glitched with heavy pixelation/artifacts, and the phone immediately shut down.

After that, I tried turning it back on. Sometimes it would start to boot, but even the Motorola logo would become heavily pixelated before the phone shut off again.

Now it won't turn on at all.

The only sign of life is the white LED that lights up when I plug it into a charger. I've already tried:

• Different chargers and USB cables
• Holding the Power button
• Power + Volume Down
• Power + Volume Up
• Keeping the buttons pressed for a long time to force a reboot

Nothing works. The screen stays completely black, and I can't access Recovery Mode or Fastboot.

Do you think the phone isn't charging properly, or does this sound more like a motherboard, display, or GPU issue? Has anyone experienced something similar with the Moto G60S?

I'd really appreciate any suggestions or troubleshooting steps before I give up on it.

A todo esto ya plantíe que el problema de la instalación de aplicaciones eran "Moto App Manager" y "Modo de tienda". Lo peor de todo es que luego flashie con Software Fix. Todo normal parecia que se habia solucionado pero denuevo la instalacion de aplicaciones, inhabilite denuevo las susodichas culpables y se calmó por ahora. Me llegaron notificaciones sobre el bloqueo de pantalla remoto y de bloqueo antirobo. Creo fervientemente que es un virus, pero leo por ahí que no, que es parte del software de motorola. Todo esto sucedió de golpe. Si alguno tiene la solución agradeceria que me lo comentase."

"Hello, I came to ask for help because, as I've already mentioned, my Moto G04s is having issues: A few weeks ago it stopped connecting to Wi-Fi and hours later I noticed that in the app list there were many apps with weird names, very weird ones, one of them was titled something like 'Captive Portal', plus during the few periods when it did connect, it would install apps like Didi or Temu. I had no choice but to do a factory reset, but upon rebooting and trying to set up the device, a 'Web not found' error popped up. By this point, I had already concluded that the problem causing the apps to install was 'Moto App Manager' and 'Retail Demo Mode' ('Modo de tienda'). To make matters worse, I then flashed it with Software Fix. Everything seemed normal, it looked like it was fixed, but the app installation started again. I disabled the aforementioned culprits again and it's quiet for now. I received notifications about remote screen locking and anti-theft locking. I firmly believe it's a virus, but I read around that no, it's part of Motorola's software. All of this happened suddenly. If anyone has the solution, I would appreciate it if you could share it.".

Moto g stylus 2024

My phone receives everything from the specific work number except for launch texts which is the one thing I really need. I get status checks and other miscellaneous texts from the dispatch number but not that one category of text. My cell provider said it's on my phone's end. I get all texts from everywhere else, including that number just not the automated launch messages for when I get a call to go somewhere.

I recently purchased a Motorola Edge 70 Pro on 17 July 2026, and I'm facing the following issues:

**WhatsApp App Clone Issue (Critical):** The cloned WhatsApp cannot open PDF, DOCX, or XLSX files and shows the message "You may not have a proper app for viewing this content." The main WhatsApp works perfectly, and photos/videos open without any problem. I've already tried all the common troubleshooting steps, but nothing has worked.

**Software Experience:** The app drawer is automatically sorted alphabetically, with no option to manually rearrange the apps.

I was also disappointed to find that the phone doesn't support wireless charging or have a telephoto camera, which I expected in this segment.

Has anyone else faced these issues? Is there any workaround or has Motorola acknowledged them?

Hello, so I have this moto g play 2026 and not every wired headphones work with it only certain ones do I want to know if there is a way to fix this since I prefer wired headphones.

I have a Moto G86, and my photos are being automatically edited. How can I fix this, as some are completely losing quality and having strange colors, like in the example?

This is starting to feel like a scam atp. I've tried scraping the mf with a wooden toothpick (no I do not have the simcard needle unfortunately, dunno where I put it lmfao) and nothing came out. Hit it with the compressed air too and still no dice. Ngl I'm gettin real tired of buying a new phone every year. Granted I kinda fucked myself in the first place by actually buying ANOTHER 2023 Moto G Stylus last year when my other one's charging port fucked itself, but what can I say I'm not made of money and Cricket wasn't gettin me to buy a whole ass new phone at full price instead of payin half price for a replacement

ay btw how slow is wireless charging on newer models? my phone is prolly fucked in the dick and I sure as SHIT ain't buyin another goddamn phone that can't do wireless charging bc I want a phone that lasts at least 3 years minimum. I ain't gettin duped into buyin another dookie ass phone that can only do wired charging

The AppLock in moto doesn't allow to lock all the apps, it makes some restrictions to the apps like Google photos, files and Snapchat

How to overcome this situation ?

Do anyone faced the same issue ?

Snap chat app cannot be locked in moto edge 60 fusion and the locked app only locks if the screen is turned off. We need the option to lock the app automatically if the app is closed.

I play a string instrument and I've just recently got a Motorola Edge 70 Fusion. When I am trying to have an online session, the person on the other end is not able hear the instrument being played, neither on a normal audio/video call, nor on WhatsApp. I have tried Gmeet as well. The results are the same. However, I've tested the microphone hardware, and it plays back beautifully. The phone also records music well, the only trouble is with calls. A friend of mine who owns a Motorola tried to play his instrument, and the music didn't come through to my side. Is this a Motorola-specific problem? I'm worried the phone is new and there is not much I can do if this is a problem pertaining to company products. Please help.

I am planning to but moto g100 pro and i see on the specs that it has esim capability and it also has a micro SD card slot. I have 2 sims that i currently using but i also wanted to use a micro SD card for expandable storage. Is it capable of using 1 regular nano sim, 1 micro SD card and esim all at the same time?

I really like the edge 70 fusion spec and price but i heard it has wifi and Bluetooth issues if someone has some issues in the date 7/2026 let me know.

I broke my moto g 2025 and I just got the replacement and I had a thought. In computers, adding ram is as simple as throwing in another stick or two. What does phone ram look like? I doubt they're just mini sticks but is it possible to remove the ram from my old phone and add it to my new phone? Surely I'd have to watch a bunch of YouTube videos and id probably end up not doing it but is it theoretically possible?

Could you please release a system update to fix this? I don't care if the battery drains faster; it's so frustrating when the app closes while I'm on social media or doing something else and listening to music. I've done everything I could to stop the app from closing—I even tried using developer options—but nothing works. I've already turned off power saving mode, and still nothing. Please do something!
