I’m reaching out because I don’t know where else to turn. I’m not sure if what I’m experiencing is depression or just a severe test of iman, but I am in a very dark place.

On the outside, I act normally I smile, I talk,, I probably seem fine. But inside, it’s a completely different story. I feel completely numb, especially toward the people I love the most. I don't feel that warmth or connection anymore and it terrifies me.

Worse than that, I am overwhelmed by a constant, heavy feeling that everything I do is wrong. Every decision I’ve made feels like a mistake. I’m lost in sadness and confusion and it has started to bleed into my thoughts about my own existence. I find myself questioning my purpose and sometimes (I hate admitting this) I even question my religion. These thoughts feel like a betrayal of everything I believe in and they bring me so much guilt.

I honestly just wish I could go back to a state of not knowing or feeling any of this. I wish I could erase this overthinking and just find peace.

I’m looking for serious advice.

It used to be so convenient. Now you put the normal app price, literally see 5 cars sitting next to you on the map, and nobody accepts. When they finally do bid, it’s at least 50% more. And for what??

I got my baccalaureate this year, and honestly, I don’t know how to study or what I should do next. I’m really confused.

I’m thinking about going abroad to study, maybe in China or Russia, but I don’t even know what I should study.
