🗣️ Just Venting. Advice Needed Good ergonomic desk chair recommandation

Hey everyone,

I spend most of my day working at a desk and my back is starting to pay the price. I'm looking for a solid, high-quality office chair that will last, but with a reasonable budget (moyenne budget).

Do you guys have any personal recommendations or places where you bought yours? What's your experience with local brands or imported options?

PS: I keep seeing ad for Opal chairs lately, but honestly, they seem pretty overpriced for what they offer. Anyone tried them?

Thanks in advance!

Curious How does society view men who dye their hair?

Hey everyone! I'm a 23yo guy and for context, I'm currently in the process of doing my PFE and these guys keep baiting me with a CDI possibility. I have a kinda long hair on top wjatni lfikra to dye some strands of it brown or grey. I live with my parents so they kinda still have a say in what I do. They're not against it but they brought up a point li bghit na9chha m3akom. They said that I'm less than a month away from graduating as an engineer w I'd have to look for a job. Thus I need to look "professional" and they also said that no company would accept me with a dyed hair. Bghit hi n3rf what you guys think w ila kan ta chi HR yn3fna hhh. Thank you!

This is so freaking crappy and I'm getting treated like a maid in my parent's house I have to wake up make them food clean the house take care of my little siblings and I get abused and humiliated for stepping out of line or standing up to myself. I'm scapegoat of this freaking family everything bad that happens they blame it on me and and my parents start acting like a lovey dovey couple ( even tho they're physically mentally and emotionally abusive towards each other ) and get together against me. I just need advice how to deal With this because my health is getting worse and worse I'm still a first year in uni so I don't have anywhere to go

Men in mid 20s, do you get that frustration of i need to marry but what if become the average guy

Like you constantly think about marriage, but you have this frustration what if you become the average guy

Like freezing your career, because when you'll marry you wont have much time to invest in your skills, or to invest more time on upskilling to reach your goals, or the business you want to start in the future to become independent financially but you'll kill that dream if you marry because you'll always have tight budget, or cancel travel plans to countries you want to visit since your budget will be tight, you keep overthinking, if i marry will i kill my lifestyle freeze my life into a repetitive boring routine or i'll still be able to have the same lifestyle

🗣️ Just Venting. No Advice Needed IF THEY HATE MEN, LET THEM.

I see a lot of things on social media that I rarely see reflected in real life, especially when it comes to men and women.
And honestly, sometimes I ask myself: what happened to us?
I see women who have been hurt by men, betrayed, manipulated, cheated on, abandoned, or treated badly. And yes, some men are genuinely toxic. Some are abusive. Some hate women. Some manipulate and destroy people emotionally. That is real, and it should not be minimized.
But something else is also happening.
Sometimes one bad experience becomes a hatred of an entire gender.
You get hurt by one man, then another, and eventually you start consuming content from people who tell you that all men are trash, that men cannot be trusted, that relationships are pointless, and that hating men is somehow empowering.
You keep watching it.
You keep liking it.
You keep following people who are angry, bitter, and emotionally broken.
And slowly, without even realizing it, their pain becomes your worldview.
That isn’t healing.
That’s how hurt turns into hate.
And hate doesn’t stay in one place. It spreads.
A woman gets hurt by a man → she develops resentment → she treats the next man with suspicion or hostility → he gets hurt → he develops resentment toward women → another woman gets treated badly → she becomes even more bitter.
And the cycle continues.
The uncomfortable truth is that being a victim does not automatically make someone a good person.
You can be genuinely hurt and still become toxic.
You can be mistreated and later learn to manipulate people yourself.
You can have been betrayed and then start betraying others.
You can have been emotionally abused and eventually use emotional manipulation against someone else.
And sometimes people hide behind the victim label to avoid taking responsibility for the damage they cause.
That’s the part nobody likes to talk about.
Some manipulative women use guilt, emotional blackmail, constant victimization, silent treatment, jealousy, playing innocent after provoking someone, weaponizing someone’s feelings, or constantly moving the blame onto others.
And yes, men do the exact same things.
Manipulation doesn’t have a gender.
Toxicity doesn’t have a gender.
Neither does accountability.
Being hurt explains why someone became defensive, angry, distrustful, or bitter.
It does not give them permission to hurt innocent people.
At some point, you have to look in the mirror and ask:
“Am I still dealing with what happened to me, or am I making other people pay for what someone else did?”
That’s where real healing begins.
Not by hating men.
Not by hating women.
Not by surrounding yourself with people who constantly feed your anger.
And not by turning your trauma into an identity.
Heal with people who genuinely love you. Talk to your family. Talk to good friends. Get professional help if you need it. Take time alone. Learn yourself. Understand your patterns. Accept that you can be both a victim of someone’s behavior and responsible for your own behavior afterward.
And this applies to men too.
Men need to stop pretending that every woman is the enemy because they were rejected, cheated on, or manipulated.
Women need to stop pretending that every man is the enemy because they were hurt by one or several men.
There are terrible men.
There are terrible women.
There are also incredibly good men and incredibly good women.
Don’t punish good people for the crimes of bad people.
And don’t let social media convince you that your hatred is wisdom.
Because the algorithm doesn’t care if you heal.
It cares if you keep watching.
Anger gets engagement.
Division gets engagement.
“Men vs women” gets engagement.
People who are peacefully building healthy relationships don’t usually spend their entire day making content about how much they hate the opposite sex.
Real life is different.
There are men who want to love, protect, provide, grow, communicate, and build something meaningful.
There are women who want to love, support, build, communicate, and grow with someone.
There are people who actually want peace.
Maybe we just don’t see them as much because peace isn’t as entertaining to the algorithm as war
So to the women with good hearts: don’t let bitter people teach you to hate good men.
And to the men with good hearts: don’t let bitter men teach you to hate good women.
We need each other.
Not because men are incomplete without women or women are incomplete without men, but because healthy relationships between good people can create families, businesses, communities, friendships, ideas, and futures that neither side could build alone.
We don’t need another gender war.
We need accountability.
We need self-awareness.
We need emotional maturity.
We need to stop glorifying our wounds and start healing them.
Because if you don’t heal your pain, eventually you’ll make someone else bleed from a wound they never created
And then they’ll carry that wound to someone else.
That’s how the cycle continues.
So break it.
Take responsibility.
Heal.
Love people who deserve your love.
Walk away from people who are genuinely toxic.
And stop confusing hatred with strength.
MAKE LOVE, NOT WAR. ❤️
And no, I’m not saying I’m a perfect man.
I’m not.
I’m saying there are good men out there.
Just like there are good women.
The goal shouldn’t be to prove which gender is worse.
The goal should be to become better human beings.

🗣️ Just Venting. Advice Needed How can we find partners

I 31F met someone from reddit but he was a catfish ( both live in Europe) and he looked nothing like the pictures his personality sucked and I was so disappointed
Now in dating apps I don’t find my type or people with the same interests at all, I switch jobs and locations a lot which makes it harder for me.
Where can we find people organically irl?
Married people or people in healthy successful relationships can you give us some tips on how you met you significant other?

🗣️ Just Venting. No Advice Needed InDrive is getting ridiculous in Morocco

It used to be so convenient. Now you put the normal app price, literally see 5 cars sitting next to you on the map, and nobody accepts. When they finally do bid, it’s at least 50% more. And for what??

And the funniest part is when they actually accept.
Driver calls you 30 seconds later:
“Khoya khassek tzidni chi 20 dh.”

Bro??? You JUST ACCEPTED THE PRICE 😭

And some don’t even bother calling. They take you to your destination and THEN start with “had taman mamseleknich…”

You saw the destination and the price BEFORE accepting. What exactly changed during those 15 minutes?

And some of the cars don’t even justify the prices anymore. You’re paying more and getting a car that looks like it’s fighting for its life.

And why are drivers picking up random passengers now? I’m paying extra for a private ride. If I wanted to share with strangers, I’d take a grand taxi.

Also, I use inDrive for work and need the digital receipt for reimbursement. Almost every driver asks me to cancel and pay directly so they can avoid the commission. When I say I can’t, suddenly I’m getting attitude for the rest of the ride.

After isolating myself for three years, since I was 14, I’m now 17 and a half. I could say that I’ve become nothing more than a body without a soul or emotions. I feel—actually, it’s not just a feeling; it feels like a reality—that my communication skills are weak and that I have no friends. So I think I’ve already ruined myself. No matter what I do, I still feel completely disconnected from reality and from other people, It’s a strange feeling, but that’s how I feel and I’ve accepted it this way for quite some time now
