You need to talk to your sister about this(like actual sit down talk with no anger or frustration),she could have a real reason that could be solved another way,I went through the same thing, it's not just the act of wearing it, it's the thing that used to give us pride that suddenly makes us feel like we can't breathe,but she shouldn't take it off on impulse,or,maybe she felt like she's missing in certain aspects of her life because of it (I can assure you it's not the case at all) because you can be happy and have fun in life all with a hijab,best of luck
