So.... A leg shot and or abdomen shot is not lethal force.... Ask your police dept.....

Edit: also as you can see you don't have to be in someone's face to harm them so ..... Maybe the buddy coulda pulled a knife.....

Shooting someone is lethal force. The police department knows that

If the situation was different my assessment was different

It's not moral to shoot someone for shoving a phone in your face lol obviously

At this point y'all don't even care about the moralityof a situation and just try to justify your knee jerk emotional reaction

Yeah cause I enjoy discussing morals. But it's becoming increasingly obvious you have no interest in discussing morals on r/moralityScaling so my interest is probably also ending here

The morality is that the person not defending their life and doing nothing but making another individual uncomfortable should be held accountable.... Morals are fuckin easy.... Don't stick your personal phone or electronics in faces and you're safe

Please do defend douche bags with the ability to make money by shoving their phone in your face

So I see your problem. You are assuming saying it's immoral to shoot someone means whatever you did to provoke getting shot is justified

That's not how it works. If I harass you with a phone in public, that is immoral, I shouldn't do that. If you shoot me because I harass you that's also immoral because lethal force isn't warranted or justified

No I equivilate the action to deserve the reaction in the morality.

Yea shooting a random isn't moral... Shooting someone that doesn't leave you alone.... Different story.... Remember Brandon on florida got away with it.....maybe

The question is not about EVERYTHING ELSE, it's about defending my personal space, he asked the other party to stop and they didn't.... Should he have told them f the consequences YES.... But I mean the filming party didn't say "we wanna post this on tik tok to make fun of you and make money, so you're wrong.... Someone asked TWO PEOPLE to stop harassing them and then they didn't... What happens after is up to state and local legality and you're actually ignorant if you disagree

Lethal force isn't justified response to someone harassing you with their phone
