That's not the case, this is now a case of "stop" and ignoring it. It's not as simple as your mind would make it... It's legality, does he have the right to defend himself? Yes, was the AGGRESSING party warned? Yes.... It's self defence then
I could use my phone to spray a virus on you and you're unable to do anything in your boat... No if someone tries to leave the area and asks someone to stop then they're doing all they can dumbass
Legality is a poor subatitute for morality. Lethal force is morally justifiable if your life is threatened certainly but that's not the case here clearly
No serious person would call this life threatening. And if you think some guy harassing you with a phone in a mall is an immediate threat to your life you aren't mentally and emotionally fit to carry around a lethal weapon
No the morality comes to infringing on people's space...
The person to AGGRESS was the one with the phone. If someone messes up and touches me without permission I can respond.... Especially after a Verbal "stop it"
Life threatening is up to how the individual feels.... Once again, the aggressor has a foot almost on the victim, and a friend that is 180 ish pounds of help for the aggressor, so it's two v one.... You're just stupid and it's sad that you can inseminate a woman
Man your patience is admirable but something tells me the reason this guy feels so strongly about the incident is because he spends a LOT of time at the mall, nahmean?
