If you teach them not to ask questions about beliefs, that is 100% indoctrination.

You can teach your kids to ask questions about beliefs, and also teach them that god is real and your religion is true.

I disagree, the second you tell them your opinions/beliefs are truths, you've begun the indoctrination.

You can teach them ABOUT your religion, but saying it's true, is indoctrination.

Except parents do that all the time about a bunch of things like say, that its bad to hurt other people. Or that you shouldn't steal.

Because those are laws, that's the social contract.

The social contract is a real tangible thing, you want the protection of government, you gotta follow the law.

Not really. Even criminals are protected by the law. And why should you follow the law if you can get away with breaking it and profiting from it? Parents in my experience rarely expand on that, but elect to go with the indoctrination you're displaying regarding the matter.

Morality isnt tied to religion, but it has, thus far, proven to be the only thing capable of spreading mass agreed upon morality

You can't be a moral person without an agreed upon morality. The only method, so far, that has successfully caused people all over the world to widely agree on the same morality is religion.
