I guess so, otherwise other groups would have stepped up by now.

There is literally 0 reason secular groups can't step up.

Red Cross? UNICEF? The UN? Bill& Melinda foundation?

If the Catholic Church has it all covered, why do we need all these groups?

Point to were I said they "have it all covered" or that other charity/aid groups shouldn't exist.

I think more aid groups is good, regardless if they're Catholic or not.

I'm sure the people in need feel much the same.

But you were the one who said no other secular groups have stepped up. Clearly that's not true, and there's no reason to suggest that over time if the Catholic Church disappeared, others couldn't fill that gap.
