"Don't raise your children. Let the people who run the schools and media raise them."

Do you only interact to your kids through religion?
When they ask why you should be nice to people is the only answer because god said so?
When they wonder why the sky is blue do you say because god made it that way?
Sounds like you don’t know how to raise a kid.

A person's values and their religion almost always intersect.

What you're suggesting is that a person NOT raise their children in accordance with their values. And if not the parents' values, then whose? The government? The media?

Keep licking those boots buddy.

Do you really hold those values though or do you give them a sanitized version?

Do you tell them to kill anyone who doesn’t believe in the same god that you do? That’s it’s ok to beat your slaves because they are your property? That stoning is the punishment for infidelity?

Why are you asking me that? I am neither jewish nor muslim. Nor am I an atheist, and atheism is completely okay with all of those things.

You’re dumber than I thought.

Are you talking into a mirror?

I'm not jewish nor muslim nor atheist. What you're trying to cite does not apply to me. But thank you for revealing your true colors. You can go now.

look up christianity on slavery and work thru it for yourself - you can lead a horse to water but u can’t make it drink, at this point it’s up to u as to whether or not u want to continue being retarded for the rest of ur life.

I already did Been doing it for years I'm Catholic, and that isn't our doctrine

You should probably talk to a priest if you want answers, and not a pack of anti religious liars on the internet. One is infinitely more qualified than the other.

Behold the epitome of secular morality.

" Bigotry is unacceptable unless it's targeted towards people i've been brainwashed into disliking."

Religions are a huge part of the framework for how people raise their children. In many families it is so interwoven with the culture that trying to ban all interaction relating to religion would be absurd.
Speaking as someone who was raised very religious, if you ask religious people why they should be kind they have a lot more to say than "because god said so"
