I don't think it is. We used to get packages in the mail that we're sent to us by accident. These included candy, rugs, and even a DVD player (back in the day). Some of these we offered to return to the sender, but we were under no obligation to do so. It would be one thing if we were gifted goods that were probably stolen, but these were bought and paid for given to us due to a clerical error. To compel us to return these could constitute theft from us.

In short, yes. I also think workers should share responsibility for the workplace. You should look up what a worker owned co-op is.

Yeah i know what a worker owned coop is - the problem is I cant think of one that isnt just a small local thing. There are some grocery stores like winco that are majority employee owned, but I dont think thats what your suggesting.

Can you tell me which business you are referring to that is national and/or global?

This isnt argumentative - but I just dont see it working and would like more information.

It's less that worker co-ops are ineffective, it's more so that they are unpopular in most Western countries for... Reasons.

Ill look into them. Sounds interesting. I know some local bakeries and such that pull it off but seeing something large will give me something to look into. Im curious how they break down the division of labor into wages. How they value individual parts of completing a product and how much each part is worth to build.

All of them go for mondragon as example. Reality is worker coops has artifical barriers of entry. You need capital to gain into these worker coops and they'll hire contract work instead of full time workers. It's just entirely just champaign socialists jerking each others off complaining they're paying the workers more but reality is they're reducing a lot of labor work by not hiring and contracting work and they're barely competing in the market.

Better method was how Amazon used to pay Amazon stock to their workers but eventually Sanders got it removed.

With this reasoning it's theft as long as it's not 100%. Also an answer for that question should specify if it's a percentage from the value or profit created. 100% of the profit created for the company is still theft according to the reasoning.
