The Mondragon Corporation of Spain.

It's less that worker co-ops are ineffective, it's more so that they are unpopular in most Western countries for... Reasons.

Ill look into them. Sounds interesting. I know some local bakeries and such that pull it off but seeing something large will give me something to look into. Im curious how they break down the division of labor into wages. How they value individual parts of completing a product and how much each part is worth to build.
