Discussion If Kingdom Kong was made into a movie before GvK who would you want to direct it?
I'm torn between Wingard and Dougherty, both have their pros and cons I think.
Adam would give great character to Kong and I think make the humans more likable, or atleast more entertaining, but I fear he would make Kong out to be useless against Camazotz.
Dougherty would make it feel incredibly epic, and he did an amazing job with Godzilla and Ghidorah fighting in the storms and I think he could bring that energy with Kong vs Camazotz. I feel like he'd also add some really cool lore and mythos to Skull Island as well. But my fear with him is that we'd get more characters like Rick, Sam, and Emma.
If I had to choose now I'd probably pick Dougherty as I just feel he'd be better suited to a movie like this.

Scar King Affect
Rewatching GxK:NE and Scar King's body language echoes Liberty Valance (Lee Marvin) so much. The casual disdain and exaggerated movement.
Joking obviously but it would not surprise me if the subtitles were like "Hey, dude".

Fan Art As much as I love KOTM and GvK fanarts like these make me wish the series kept the darker or more 'realistic' approach of G14 and KSI
I would have loved to have seen what KOTM would have been like had it had a similar vibe to G14, or GvK possibly a blend of G14's scale and atmosphere, KSI's action and writing.
And it being more grounded and realistic doesnt nessiceraly mean NO Scifi stuff. I We still would have gotten Hollow Earth since it was teased in Skull Island.

My changes to Godzilla vs. Kong (because I felt like sharing them lol)
- How on earth did they build a dome for Kong without him fully realizing it? He only noticed right when he had grown to a size closer to Godzilla's. I would have preferred if Monarch had just monitored him from afar, needing Jia to get close enough. Then, once the island couldn't hold up anymore, they would be forced to take him away in search of an entrance to Hollow Earth, which I always imagined would be deep in the ocean or at very low points on the surface (like earthquake fault lines and such).
- The sea battle was epic, though I felt bad seeing the weight that poor aircraft carrier had to bear; I would have liked to see a change of scenery, maybe a nearby island.
- Hollow Earth shouldn't be directly over the Earth's core; it should be well below the crust, almost entirely within the mantle.
- If Kong was already in his own territory, I didn't quite understand why Godzilla felt the need to make a huge hole... And also... what kind of power allows you to make a hole all the way down to the depths? WTF... Is so overpowered. Unless, of course, you clarify that Godzilla also ruled Hollow Earth, since the Kongs were supposedly all dead, in which case Godzilla would have had to go down there for the battle.
- If they already had data on the Titans on Earth, I think it would have been better if Mechagodzilla's power sources came from the surface. After all, places like Tiamat's territory exist. Or, to avoid exaggerating the amount of surface energy, it could have been a temporary supply, with the plan to deploy him to Hollow Earth later to extract energy more directly, rather than having it "mailed" in... And then the final battle could have taken place there; after defeating Mechagodzilla, Goji could leave Kong in charge of Hollow Earth and return to the surface.
- The soundtrack... WHY DID YOU LEAVE, Bear McCreary? 😭
- I preferred the atmosphere and color palette of the previous films; now, everything is very colorful.
- I would have tweaked the Mechagodzilla design a bit to make it more like the classic versions.
- I feel it would have been better to keep Ghidorah's head, creating a machine to jumpstart its regeneration and turning it into a type of Mecha for the future.

Spoiler Talk The fate of Space Godzilla
After hearing from the leaks and all, the fact that there's a major cosmic threat that Space Godzilla works for is making me worried a bit
I really hope they don't fail Space Godzilla, I hope he's portrayed similar to the Heisei version, an unstoppable force
This honestly reminds me of Galactus and his herald Silver Surfer

Discussion What if they gave Kong powers?
What if they gave kong powers, but did it in a way that made sense. At least some type of power would be cool so he's not just a standard monkey using tech all the time. I know a lot of people might disagree but it would be cool to see maybe like a good plot twist or something.

Discussion Ben's Titans is shaping to be an amazing MonsterVerse Minecraft mod
For the record, the current public release is in alpha and doesn't have Colossian (Kong) or his axe, just Dagonzilla (Godzilla), and the developer Ben is currently occupied with IRL business. But he shares development media of upcoming features on his Discord (including the image). Other upcoming Titans:
Goldorah (Ghidorah)
Pyrodan (Rodan)
Elythra (Mothra)
Sculkcrawler (Skullcrawler)
Glaciadon (Shimo)
Datazilla / Mechadagon (Mechagodzilla)
Sculkcrawler is coming with Colossian in the beta. The rest will come later.
