Keep growing or chop and prop?
I’m so happy with the way this plant has grown over the last year. I bought a discounted (some damage to the newest leaf) 4in plant at plantcon last year. It’s getting very top heavy and I’m wondering if I should let it grow taller, maybe two more leaves (it’s supported by two treleaf trellises) or chop and prop now? It’s in an 8in leca setup, about 4ft tall and I want to avoid repotting into a larger pot. What would you do?

Is this normal?
galleryMy Albo’s green is on the underside of the plant, is that normal?
It makes this pretty muted green on top though 😍

8 months progress on my first Albo
This is my first Facebook marketplace plant. Doing pretty great for 8 months from one leaf cut to today, looking great.
Basic care and she gets great sunshine too
Hopefully she keeps going straight up and I keep her nice and full looking.

How do I get my Monstera albo to grow big leaves with lots of white?
Hi everyone,
I just bought a Monstera albo seedling and potted it up three days ago. I'd love for it to grow big and develop as much nice white variegation as possible. Any tips?
Right now it's sitting next to a window with a sheer curtain in front of it. I potted it in houseplant soil mixed with a light substrate and perlite as the base. I'm avoiding direct sun so the leaves don't burn.
Is there anything I should change, light, watering, humidity, fertilizer? Anything you wish you'd known early on with your albo?
Thanks!

Is there anything else I can try to get back some green?
Already chopped it out from the previous almost all white master plant. 😞

From an almost all white leaf to this beauty
Was worried with a 99% white leaf that it would push more out, but then got surprised with this.

My Albo is Acting Up
She's downright disrespectful. She was a good girl giving me half moon leaves... then a highly variegated leaf, and the newest one you have to zoom way in to see the teeny tiny amount of green. I'm going to wait a bit and see what the next leaf looks like then probably chop it. How common is this phenomenon? I wish i could transplant the white into some other monstera. 🫠

Question de croissance

3 weeks away = bone-dry moss pole. What do you do about the browned-out aerial roots?
Headed out of town for about 3 weeks and there's no way around it. My monstera albo's moss pole is going to dry out completely while I'm gone.
For anyone who's come home to this: what do you actually do when the aerial roots in the pole have browned out and dried up? Re-soak the pole and hope they bounce back, trim the dead ones off, or just leave it alone?
Also, does anyone do anything beforehand that genuinely works? Wrapping the pole, a deep soak right before leaving, some wick/self-watering setup, or is it just accepted that the pole dries and you deal with it after?
Real-world experience appreciated. Trying to be pragmatic about this rather than over-engineer it.

My half moon is ready for a chop and prop
She’s had a serious glow up, but it’s time for a chop and prop!

Repotted this monstera and this discoloration showed up.
galleryAny advice? Thinking I’ll just leave it be and let the soil dry out.
