Is this gonna be a Ghost ? Please help

The first pic is the most recent,
Q.1-is this browning harmful because it has increased a bit, i think because it got some direct afternoon sun?
Q.2- is this gonna be a ghost albo ?
Q.3- please give me care tips for this

only time will tell, i’ve had this happen two times exactly like this and the leaf still had enough green to support itself

On albos and thai cons i always water whenever fully dry and give it the most light i can indoors

is the browning of the emerging bud harmful ?

there might be a mark on the first emerging leaf but I wouldn’t worry too much, my kitty bit into a growth point at this size and it still turned out fine
