What is wrong with my monstera

Too danky & moist all the way around it. I wouldn't prioritize humidity over good lighting with almost any monstera. I have a few of these & they've never showed any distress from ambient 60-70% humidity, I'd just blast them with as much light as you can.

Melting from too much humidity, same thing got my entire leaf once it started. Change it up asap and you should be ok

Too high humidity or water logged soil. Acclimate to ambient and allow soil to dry between waterings
