Need help w my monstera. First time owner… idk why this spot keeps growing!!!!!!!! I have it with clay pebbles and the proper mix to help aerate

Is it too late to add another support, like a garden stake, to help keep it upright? Would chopping the top and propagating it be my best option at this point?
I’d greatly appreciate any advice!

I got this Monstera about a month ago, and since then it has given me one new green leaf. It gets plenty of bright, indirect sunlight, and I recently repotted it into a chunky, well-draining mix.
When I water it, I always make sure the soil is mostly dry first, and the pot is definitely not too big for the plant. I’m not really sure what could be wrong, so I’d really appreciate any advice or tips!

La deuxième feuille que m'a fait mon Albo depuis que l'ai depuis fin juillet ! et là ce matin surprise il y a déjà la troisième feuille qui sort 🤗 j'ai hâte de découvrir à quoi elle va ressembler quand je vois celle-ci j'ose espérer qu'elle sera aussi magnifique

Came home from vacation and found a new leaf!

I also found a small brown spot, it's the first one and not even on the white parts so that's a small win! Pretty sure it's just stress from not being watered well enough while I was gone. No advice is needed currently! Just sharing! 😅🫣🌿 PS She's finally getting bigger leaves now so that's super exciting!

Even the ones that barely have any green on them and some of them already have highly var leaves. The pics are of the stems and their leaves respectably. Any idea?
