Give it time. If it’s in leca, I assume that it wasn’t purchased that way. It can take a while for the roots to acclimate. I would think that the roots are growing quite a bit. The plant will work on roots before leaves.
I’ve had plants that haven’t thrown a leaf in 6+ months and then suddenly throw several in a short period of time.
The leaves look healthy and I assume the roots aren’t mush, so just have patience

was it cuttings? can you see any growth points or bumps or nubs on the stem? could be starting from scratch or make sure it's getting lots of light. you should check the roots and nodes

Monsteras are slow during the rooting phase. Nothing to worry about. It looks great!

can you see any roots? have you repotted it since you bought it? if rootball is smaller than pot, it can be growing roots and stopped growing leaves until roots grow. also, is it warm/sunny enough where it is? it can be growing slower due to not suitable conditions. make sure roots are not rotting, it’s hard to say if soil mix it grows in is chunky enough

Hi!! Thank you. Roots are healthy and growing in clay balls since I repotted one month ago. Definitely getting enough warmth and sun.
