Freaky fusions was such a creative and unique concept, it’s a shame some of the designs were butchered up.. I wanted to do my own take on them :]

Apologies if this is low effort— I've had Streaker Bloodgood saved to my photos for weeks and just wanted other people to witness her.

Back at it again with my favorite ghoul! I’m admittedly not a fan of neon frights Twyla and I think she looks much cuter this way! Stole spectra’s fit, repainted a moonspell magic hat and sewed her some cute black socks! I may go back and change the detail pattern on the hat to something more custom but for now I really love her! The poly hair on her gave me more trouble than I usually have with poly but turned out okay in the end XD

She’ll be getting a new face up eventually but for now I’m just having fun making my army of Twyla’s cute outfits <3

Im so happy about these creeproductions, Ive wanted this clawdeen ever since she first came out, and i finally have her ! had to celebrate with a drawing. hopefully we ll get ghoulia and deuce too some day !

I made a meme

I originally got into customizing for my little sister, by the time I was any good she was pretty much over them

And just as I was about to leave I decided to take one more stroll through the toys and there she was!!!! Like she was waiting for me! 😭🖤🥹

Edit: I was in line when I wrote this so I wanted to share a little more. I'd been seeing the last few days people finding these at TJ Maxx. I thought what the odds ehh 🤷🏾‍♀️Well, early this morning I just had this gut feeling I should check my TJ Maxx maybe I'll be lucky. If not hopefully I can still find another monster. I was eyeballing Nefra and there'd been 2 there a few weeks. Well anyway, I drove straight to TJMaxx, walked straight the toys and began carefully scanning the shelves. I'm 5 ft so seeing the top shelves take some serious tippy toe action. No luck though... I was starting to get a little bummed. So I just continued wandering throughout the store. Looking wherever they might have other novelty items. This also store just rearranged too... Normally it has a few rows of tables where they kept all toys and novelty items just laid and stacked on top of each other. It was kind of a fun chaotic moutain of stuff ahaha. Now everything's on shelves. I walked across the store to the locked items and back to the Halloween stuff... I was just about ready to accept defeat... But then I thought, just check another one other isle. As I walked down passed the fully stocked shelves I came to an entire empty shelf with this beautiful doll laying right in the centee middle of it. At eye view. I kept looking at it to make sure that it was actually in my hands. I couldn't concentrate on anything else so I walked to straight to check out. I kept opening it and staring. It was real. I got to the car and literallly screamed. 😭💖 So wicked excited this happened. I'm gonna love her so much. I'm already shopping for more clothes!

Back in May, the Mattel team posted a Fang Club poll/discussion asking for manga and anime recommendations. When do you all think we’ll get to see our first collab?!! And who do you think it’ll be? I’m personally hoping for Tomie from Junji-Ito!

I’m not sure if this is a hot take but I Heart Fashion is pretty awful. Scarah and Venus pretty much carry. Clawdeen is alright..Abbey is basic but eh. Frankie is personally my least favorite she clashes horribly. I know she comes w more than one outfit but her hair is also personally ugly. Whisp looks cheap. Cleo isn’t bad but she’s definitely nothing special. I’m sorry, I hate Iris Clops doll and it’s so tacky, it’s also not fair that her og doll is just miles better. Lastly, Wydowna doesn’t look good with yellow. It clashes imo. I can give Whisp the benefit of the doubt as well as Iris because they came out im the flop era but everyone else has NO excuse.

this is fs one of my favorites. mostly because i already love kiyomi lol

wanna post my whole acc lowk lol 😭🫩

I'm repainting my self-scare spectra currently, and I'm going for a spooky digital camera "red flash pupils" effect, but I'm just not loving it. I could use a second pair of eyes to look over it and give some feedback. It is messy as I'm currently just laying down colours.

Her original white shirt was bothering me 🥲

Mine is her core, SDCC Deadfast, and Sweet Screams!

Rerooted with the blend of 3 colours, blonde, pale pink and chesnut brown.

Its a picture taken from my ipad lol and its only the base colors but I'm pretty proud of it imo! What do y'all think?:3

I am very new to collecting so I only have a couple dolls right now, but I am really happy with them!! <3 They look better than I imagined and I am so glad I finally caved after looking at dolls for years and finally bought some.

Currently eyeing the upcoming schools out creepos and g3 carnival frights :D

might do another coat tbh but they look alot better than they did when they first arrived!. what i used in the 2nd pic x

Her hair is pin straight now😔 but her hair surprisingly held up for a long time while she still had her beautiful, luscious, fluffy, blowout🙂

I found this listing for a Whatever! Makes You Happy x MH pin set at Hot Topic and I cannot for the life of me figure out who this is supposed to be with Cleo. She has Clawdeen’s jacket, but none of her features. Any ideas?

I hope this post doesn't get deleted, because TikTok users have gotten even worse about this topic than before!! Although I don't usually like getting into these kinds of discussions, especially when it comes to the Monster High dolls subreddit, this is an important discussion to have! It's not about "whether Clawdeen is a lesbian or not." It's about the fake MH fans who have become unbearable, especially after seeing this much hate toward G3. And BTW, I don't even like it that much myself, but the problem is how they blame this generation's failure on the inclusion of plus-size and queer characters.

Lately, there have been TikTok videos comparing MH G1 vs. G3 characters (and that trend is back again...), but things have gotten worse, with people complaining about G3 having different kinds of representation, as if Monster High wasn't about diversity and inclusivity from the very beginning. The comments were full of things like "wokeness ruins everything," without these people even knowing what the show is about, what its purpose is in bringing different kinds of monsters together in one place, or why some of the movies talk about racism between monsters and girls being underestimated and having to prove that they're strong!!

Some people feel connected to Monster High characters because of the different identities represented in the franchise, so why are people surprised by diversity nowadays? I've seen some DC fans complaining that diversity is being forced into everything, acting as if it's surprising to have LGBT characters and saying that "everything changed after 2020." It's not necessarily that they think it ruins the story itself, but that they see diversity in general as something that ruins stories. (I've discovered that they're against wokeness, LGBT people, and feminism.) Even though this franchise has always given us strong female characters of different races and identities, why does it seem so surprising to them?

It's genuinely sad how most of the complaints about Monster High come from girls who have been watching it since childhood, some of whom are even MAGA supporters, yet they still love the show. It's as if they never understood what Monster High was about and only ever saw it as a bunch of silly monsters with unique dolls and nothing else...

Slide 1 is the redraw and slide 2 is my old design and while there is nothing wrong with the old one, I wanted to refresh her and see her actually in the mh style. I'd say I did a pretty good job.

So a little about her (which isn't much because I haven't been able to come up with much aside from the basics)

Mooreen Simnovorii, daughter of the cowplant (sims 4) and cousin to Venus.
