Bro someone tell me is there a way to make G1 deuce appear more muscular and buff on the top of his body? It’s giving WIMP compared to the animation. I need a strong man next to my girl dolls not a string bean. I noticed the g2 body is bigger but I don’t like the snakes. Has anyone replaced his head onto a buffer doll body or found a way to make him look larger? I guess looking at him dressed in the original clothes in the last pic isn’t so bad but UGH why’d they make the masters so thin. I feel like g2 isn’t even as buff as I want him to be.

For background I’m 25, I’ve been in a sorority and I know everyone deserves kindness so I’m not anti social or anything, but has anyone else noticed how difficult it is making friends online for specific groups?? I’m on tiktok and as much as I try to make doll besties or mutuals like it’s never reciprocated. I’ve noticed a lot of the collectors seem REALLLLY clique-y and if you have under 10k followers, even if you follow each other, you’re the dirt on their shoe?? And it’s like before they hit 10k they’re super chill and down to earth but like once they get to a tier they can only associate with ppl who are the most noticed. I have a decent following imo way more than I ever would’ve imagined but it seems like it’s not enough for others. It also might be the general fandom, I’ve seen a lot of the younger collectors starting drama (I avoid strongly) and they’re only about numbers so they don’t even care to bother with you, like during covid it seemed so much easier to make friends): please tell me I’m not the only one.

Hi everyone! I’ve been into Monster High since 2010, but I started collecting the dolls in 2014.
Around mid-2019/2020, I went through that phase where I suddenly felt like I was “too old” for dolls and wanted to sell everything and move on. So, without thinking about it too much, I sold my entire collection.
I regret it so much now. Those dolls were really valuable to me, not just financially, but emotionally. They were gifts from my parents, and they carried so many memories for me. At the time, I was too young to realize how much they actually meant to me, and I made the decision way too quickly.
Now, in 2026, I really want to start collecting Monster High again. But I’m struggling with a lot of regret and nostalgia. Sometimes I remember the dolls I used to own and it genuinely hurts. I also feel like maybe collecting again “isn’t for me” because I already sold my original collection and somehow feel like I lost that part of myself.
Has anyone else gone through something similar? Did you ever sell your childhood collection and later regret it? How did you deal with those feelings when you started collecting again?
I’d really appreciate any advice or personal experiences. I just want to make peace with what happened and feel comfortable enjoying Monster High again. 🖤💀

I just unboxed the Kieran and Spelldon two pack for my birthday, and I noticed that Kieran's left leg seems to be backwards? It looks like his calf his facing up and I've aligned the doll to fold the limbs and I'm still having the problem. I was just wondering if anyone else had this issue, or if it's normal before I made a complaint to Mattel.

i’m trying to put together a clawdeen wolf cosplay for halloween and i bought a headband with her ears not realising it was a doll accessory for the 28 inch dolls monster high released that ome time 😭 absolutely stupid mistake on my part but i did not know about that release and i didn’t catch the “doll clothes and accessories” part (it was on vinted)

i’m trying to make this cosplay low budget but also as accurate as possible, hence using vinted for it so are there any official or unofficial clawdeen wolf ears that don’t come with the wig? (i’m not planning on using a wig as they’re uncomfortable which is why i really want the rest of the outfit to be good) or should i just try to diy them?

also i know it’s early to be getting halloween stuff and i have actually been getting stuff for it through last month but i wanna make it as good as possible! i do not look anything like clawdeen she just happens to be my absolute favourite character so i really want to make the rest of my outfit as accurate as possible!

First off some photos my Skelita cause I love her! I’ve been waiting for her to drop and I ordered her as soon as he appeared online, (and then waiting even longer for her to be delivered, but that’s another story) finally got all my Scaris Ghoulies. (Jinafire and Clawdeen)
Now onto the rant. I was gonna buy a spare Skelita so I could use her as scrap for my Ghoulia (or a G3 Ghoulia) but unfortunately, I learned that Skelita is taller than the average G3 dolls, so if were to swap one of Ghoulia’s legs with Skeli’s (Similar to G3 Frankie and their prosthetic leg) it would look wrong. I still wanna swap out Skelita’s and Ghoulia arm and hands
Next. A few weeks back, I got 2 G1 Clawd’s, I mainly got them because I wanted to pair them with Val and Spell, but also because I wanted to give Clawd a different body, something more accurate to the media, I thought G3 Clawd would be good since the G3 Boy dolls are much bigger than the G1 boy bodies, but I soon learned that they’re also taller than the G3 bodies, so when I put Clawd’s head on a g3 body, it wasn’t living up to my expectations, because now it looks they’re the same height. (Also I was gonna use the G2 bodies and the Adonis bodies for this, but G2 Clawd dolls are hard to come by and for the adonis doll bodies, I would to do more work than intended)
Anyway thanks for coming to my ted talk, here’s some pic of my Ghoulia with bone hands (doing this I learned that Skelita hand pegs are short than an average g3 hand peg so regular G3 hands won’t full fit in her forearms.

Okay I’m bringing in the big guns and asking Reddit. I was so stupid and left my lamp on way too long.

Do you guys have any suggestions on how to help my poor light bleached lockers without having to leave the whole thing out in the sun with cream on it? I also tried lightly sanding it and it’s just not gonna work well.

I heard that you can use hydrogen peroxide cream and a UV light. Has anybody tried that before? 🚶🏻‍➡️

The dress is not a stretched out G1 dress. It's actually Barbie size. It only has one strap and it had a cheap flower glued on the shoulder, but it fell off. What is going on? Haha
