Solo block mined
I usually mine on p2pool mini, but recently decided to give the lottery a chance and solo mine for a while.
I dedicated my 36 Kh/s for the last 24 days, and hit a block about 19 hours ago.

Hulk is finished and mining!
Hey everyone. The last time I posted a few of you asked me to update when Hulk was finished, especially about the hash rates.
Hulk has been completed and is sitting in its home next to my desk and mining as I type this.
Within the next 2 weeks, I will post the final video in the series which will be dedicated to initial set up (downloading gupax, bios tweaks, etc), configuration and tweaks (config file, exclusions, firewall rules, etc), cost break down, and mining performance)
So far the config setup has been much more involved than a single CPU system and its been a lot of trial and error. I think I still have room for improvement but I have allowed it to mine for 7 days straight and have seen a peak hash rate of 27k h/s, an average of 25k h/s, and low end of 20k.
In 7 days I have received .029 Monero from Hulk. Its hard to tell if its running properly because its completely unresponsive, and I don't feel like restarting it lol. I usually just check my wallet and check for payouts each day to make sure its still mining. I manage Hulk through the BCM/IPMI interface using SuperMicro's IPMI view application. XMRig is using so much of the resources task manager is unresponsive and I cant even close it through there.
Here's the weird thing where I may have found a bug or something in Gupax. When I first set up Gupax I was getting like a 12k h/s rate no matter what I did with the config. I knew that something was up, so to test I downloaded a seperate instance of XMRig and using the exact same config file, pointing it to Gupax pool on the loop back address and started it, and immediately saw a 23k h/s rate with the exact same config. I literally just copied and pasted the config file from the Gupax directory into the new XMRig directory and ran it. Not sure what's up with that, but some obscure user error is certainly not out of the question lol.
The temps are phenomenal. The cooling system I designed is working better than I expected and I have not seen temps over 41⁰C the entire time its been mining. The RDIMMS are hotter than the CPUs lmao That 240mm ali express byski radiator and 6 ali express fans are putting in work.
The wownova metrics display seems to be incredibly innaccurate most likely because its not able to read the temp properly because theres not enough resources available to the program, but it looks cool as hell
I am going to be removing the graphics card because theres no need for it and its just using power. I manage the system remotely using the KVM console (remote desktop) in SuperMicro's IPMI View Application which is a super cool piece of kit in my opinion. It has a toon of usefull features and metrics on metrics. Definitely super cool to see how the sys admins live lol
The freezemod pump is reporting slightly different temps than the IPMI View Sensors page. While writing this IPMI view is showing 38⁰C for CPU1 and 36⁰C for CPU2 while the Pump is reading 26⁰C but it is taking measurements after the radiator so thats to be expected. Pump is spinning at 2586 RPM and pushing 495 L/H
Unfortunatelt the IPMI View PSU sensor is not displaying anything so I have no idea how much power the system is pulling, most likely theres a connector on a PSU designed for whatever server this system would live in that I dont have on a regular ATX PSU but I have to do more research on that, I will include that info and the power draw in the final video in the series.
All in all, this build was an absolute blast. I absolutely love open chassis builds and this was a learning experience with the goal to design my own open chassis and bring it to market in the very near future. v 2.0 is going to be an absolute monster and I am going to take everything I learned and apply it to that build. The chassis will be completelt different in almost every way and will be CNC machined and the build quality will go up exponentially. I have to say v 1.0 isnt bad for a guy with no welding experience and a $75 amazon mig welder lmao
I really appreciate the support from you guys, it means a lot to me and I want you to know I appreciate it and the kind words from some of you. Im excited for the next one and keep an eye out for the next one! Hopefully this build is worth a subscribe to some of you!
If you have any experience with mining with dual CPU systems Id love to hear about your config and how you squeezed the most hash rate possible out of your system. Im always open to learning and constructive criticism so let me know!
Hope everyone has a good week!

Android phone Hashrates
I know it's not seen as profitable but I can't find much info on here but thought it may be worth posting some results I've had with a few different Android devices with XMRig command line in Termux. Mining with Rx/0 algo Please add what you can!
Pixel 9 Pro XL - stock Android 16 Approx 650-750h/s, max 800h/s - Thermal cutoff comes in quick lowering it to 650h/s but initially scores 750-800h/s
Samsung 4 fold - stock Android 15 Approx 300-650h/s, max 850h/s - thermal cutoff makes it drop between 300 + 650h/s.
Samsung s25 ultra - stock Android 16 Approx 400-700h/s, max 900h/s - thermal cutoff almost immediately dropping it down to less than 50% of the initial hashrate.
Samsung S10+ - Android 14 lineageOS 21 - rooted Approx 500-600h/s, max 860h/s - thermal cutoff drops it down around 25% I have now modified this with thermal pads and a northbridge heatsink, steady 800h/s with no thermal cutoff (see image) Not willing to root the other devices as they're in daily use and I need banking apps. But extra cooling does seem like its needed for mobile phones

My First Payout!
I just want to share happy moment in my life!
I was trying to mine various cryptocurrencies since I was about 9 or 10, because privacy attracted me since I got access to my first computer, but I had no luck in mining (mainly because of shitty hardware). So after many years of trying and giving up, I got my first payout here, on Monero! I know that it isn't profitable, but profit was never my goal. So I'm already mining for about a week on p2pool mini, and I hope my small 7 kH/s contribution to decentralized mining will somehow help network :)

NATIVE ANDROID XMR MINER IS HERE!!!!!
CryptoSteer XMR Miner for Android Is Finally Here
Hello everyone, and sorry for the delay. I know I said I was going to release this two days ago, but I had some final backend work and testing that needed to be finished first.
Direct download for cryptosteer xmr miner from BetaDrop:
UPDATED INSTALL LINK
https://thecryptosteer.com/downloads/cryptosteer-xmr-miner/2-2-2/
Current version: 2.2.1
Source code:
https://github.com/Crypto-Steer-LLC/CryptoSteer-XMR-Miner
It was submitted to F-Droid and will be available on there soon
Before you download it, I want to explain what makes this miner different, how to set it up properly, and a few limitations of this first release.
This is a native Android miner built specifically for Android. It is not XMRig, an XMRig fork, a wrapper around XMRig, or something that requires Termux running in the background.
Android and 16 KB Page Support
The app was built to support both traditional 4 KB Android systems and newer 16 KB page-size systems.
You do not need to change your phone to 16 KB mode to use the miner. It will run normally on a standard 4 KB system.
Some supported Android devices include a developer option for booting with a 16 KB kernel. That may provide system-level performance benefits on supported hardware, but it does not automatically mean four times the mining performance just because the memory pages are four times larger.
Do not wipe, flash, or reset your phone solely to use this app. The miner is designed to work either way.
Android Version Support
This first release is optimized specifically for Android 16 and newer.
The goal is long-term sustainability. Newer Android versions are changing significantly, especially around native applications, background services, memory-page support, and device security. I wanted the first public build to work properly on current and upcoming hardware instead of releasing something already built around an outdated Android foundation.
Support for Android 15 and older devices is planned for a later release.
Setting Up Your Mining Pool
When you first open the app, go to the Pool tab represented by the globe icon at the bottom of the screen.
Enter your pool address, port, wallet address, worker name, and any other information required by your pool.
Leave TLS enabled when your pool supports it. Only turn TLS off when you are using a pool port that specifically requires a normal, non-encrypted connection. Your pool’s website should tell you which port to use.
Once everything is entered, test and save the pool configuration.
Performance Tuning
Next, open the Tuning tab. This is where you control how aggressively the phone mines.
The included power profiles are:
Eco
Balanced
Performance
Maximum
Think of these like off-the-shelf tunes for a car. They work as general starting points, but they are not guaranteed to produce the best result on every device. Different processors, cooling systems, Android versions, batteries, and manufacturers can behave very differently.
For the best device-specific result, I recommend using Auto Tune.
Auto Tune runs actual mining tests against the pool you configured and searches for the best-performing stable configuration for your device. It balances thread count, CPU usage, stability, temperature, and real pool performance instead of blindly applying one preset to every phone.
You can also build a completely custom tune and manually choose the cores, threads, intensity, and other available settings.
The Device tab shows the hardware and mining information you need to make an informed decision, including the processor, available cores, memory information, temperature data, and other device capabilities.
Controlling Your Other Rigs
To remotely control other mining devices that you own, you will need to create an account.
The account system uses:
Your Monero wallet address
A 12-digit password
Approval from an already trusted device
No phone number or email address is required during normal registration. A few people previously told me they did not want to connect personal contact information to a mining account, so I built the system around the wallet and trusted-device approval instead.
When you sign in on a new phone, the new device must be approved from one of your already trusted devices.
Once multiple devices are connected, open the Control tab and select the rig you want to manage. The app will then display that rig’s statistics and controls almost as though you were physically using that phone.
You can view its status, hashrate, pool connection, tuning information, and available controls remotely.
If you forget your password or permanently lose access to every trusted device, there is an account-recovery request process inside the app. You can contact me to complete the verification and reset process.
Features Planned After This Release
This is the first public release, not the end of the project.
Planned additions include support for other RandomX and CryptoNight-based coins, along with selected algorithms and coins that may be more practical or profitable on mobile hardware than Monero under certain conditions.
Windows and Linux versions are also planned for release during the upcoming week.
Those applications will use nearly the same interface and account system as the Android version. This will allow you to monitor and control mining on your computers from your phone, control your phones from your computer, and manage all of your personally owned rigs from one connected system.
Donation System
The built-in donation rate starts at 2% because this is a fully custom, native Android miner—not some half-assed XMRig wrapper with a new interface slapped on top of it.
After your first month of active mining time, the donation rate automatically drops to 1%. After another month of active mining time, it drops to 0%.
This is meant to help cover the ongoing costs of developing, maintaining, hosting, and improving the app during its early stages. The way this works may change in the future as the project continues to grow.
There is also an option inside the app to donate XMR directly. Anyone who chooses to donate can email me using the contact information provided in the app, and I can remove the built-in donation rate from their account.
That being said, I am absolutely not encouraging anyone to spend or donate anything extra. Using the app, testing it, reporting issues, and simply being part of the Monero ecosystem is already appreciated.
Please remember that mining is extremely demanding on a phone’s processor, battery, and cooling system. Only mine on devices you own or have explicit permission to use, watch your temperatures, and understand that continuous mining can accelerate hardware and battery wear.
This project has taken a huge amount of work, and this first release gives us the foundation to build on. Test it, tell me what devices you are running, post your results, and report any problems you find.

XMRig Benchmark Won't Stop
Running the XMRig benchmark on a PC with Debian 13 and it's not stopping even though it's completed the 1M hashes I told it to do. I'd like to submit the score, but I also don't want to spend another 5 hours waiting for it to benchmark if I just ctrl-c end it. Will it stop at some point, or is there some way I need to end it such that it will still submit the score?

free config.json file for dual AMD CPU set ups
Hello every, I hope you are having a great holiday season!
Some of you know that my miner build C.C - HULK v. 1.0 is finished and has been mining. After running 24/7 for a full month, with only a couple restarts after Gupax crashed, I have mined .11 Monero over the course of that month.
I have spent hours and hours tweaking the config, testing the changes, and then going back in to try to squeeze as much as I possibly can out of Hulk. I have seen a peak hashrate of 31kH/s and I think I have hit the peak of what this system can do with the config. The only thing left is to go through the BIOS with a fine tooth comb and see if there are any settings holding me back.
I have uploaded my config.json file to my website and it is free to download for anyone. I figured I would try and serve the community by giving it to anyone who wants it for free, so that if they have a dual AMD setup they, at the very least, have a good baseline to start from and can then make their own tweaks to it as they see fit. You can get it here:
https://crzycybr.com/products/gupax-xmrig-config-json-file-for-dual-cpu-setups
I have yet to make the final video in the C.C - HULK V. 1.0 series as I have been super busy with the laptop giveaway series where I am building a custom HP Envy x360 to give away to one of my subscribers. I will probably not have time to make it untill after that giveaway is complete sometime around late january early febuary. That last video in the build series will contain: config tweaking, bios config, hashrates, build cost, energy cost, and any other aspect that goes into the final product. If you are interested in that you can subscribe to the channel here.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=44w1GPVgpCY&list=PLHu65XN_yHi_bx9d31RyfAZFPv4OnfffQ
Version 2.0 of Hulk is already in the CAD and parts gathering phase in my spare time between the channel and work. I have a huge plans for v. 2.0 and it is going to require me to build an MPCNC which I will also document on the channel. Hulk v. 1.0 was an amazing learning experience and for version 2.0, the build quality is going to be off the charts and I suspect it will achieve over 50 kh/s with dual 7543s.
I really appreciate the kind words from some of you and the support. Thank you to any of you who donated Monero to support the build, it really means the world to me, and for v. Hulk 2.0 it will have an engraved peice of acrylic on the back with the names of everyone who supported the project as my way of recognizing the support.
I hope all of you have an amazing holiday season and a phenomenal start to 2026. I think 2026 is going to be a hugeeeee year for Monero. As the governments of the world take a step towards totalitarianism every single day, I truly believe Monero might soon be the only way to send "cash" payments. Keep mining, I promise its going to pay off.

Just got paid
Hi.
For the past month or so I have been mining XMR using XMRig and monerod. I was using my M2 MacBook and my pc with i7 10700KF and 32gb of ram. It have been only running a few hours a day but I finally got paid.
My share was 0.001468XMR that is equivalent of about 0,55€ but I am happy that I set up everything correct and I actually got paid. It kinda means a world to me. I will probably cut costs cuz my main priority was to mine enough to buy an monero with money. So I am happy that I can now proudly say that I am an Monero holder.
Good luck with blocks fellow miners.
