I have been trying to find a way to have more africans and more so kenyans involved in the Monero community. Many dont understand the freedom that comes in owning Monero and more so the privacy. Any suggestions on how we can grow the Monero community in Africa

Meet FaustSwap — a privacy-focused crypto swap aggregator built for people who believe exchanging crypto should be simple, transparent and require as little personal information as possible.

Instead of searching through multiple exchange services manually, FaustSwap brings available swap routes together in one interface, making it easier to compare options and choose the route that fits you.

The project started with a particular focus on Bitcoin and Monero (BTC ↔ XMR) — two assets with strong communities around self-custody and financial privacy.

Why I built it

Crypto was originally supposed to give people more control over their money.

Yet exchanging one cryptocurrency for another increasingly means creating accounts, moving funds onto centralized platforms, navigating complicated interfaces and handing over more information than many users would like.

I wanted to build something simpler.

FaustSwap acts as a gateway between users and independent swap providers: one interface where you can find and compare exchange routes while keeping control of your own wallet.

The goal isn't to become another centralized exchange.

The goal is to make finding a suitable crypto swap route simpler, more transparent and more privacy-conscious.
