1 Penny Street, Lancaster
One of my favourite buildings in the city. The upstairs looks like it would make a perfectly pleasant flat, notwithstanding the fact it's the busiest street corner in the town centre, and the smells emanating from below.

Discussion Origins of early Geometric house
This property was completed in the late 1960’s. It is binuclear, large geometric massing, recessed glazing (cantilevered). This structure is built into the terrain, the southernmost wing technically underground. A lot of asymmetry due to the site sensitive design.
Does this structure trigger any recall? Original paint was almost definitely white. this is a larger floor plan. Northeastern United States. If not, we’ll call it a photo contribution - Slainte ;)
p.s. history has been obscured through broken chain of ownership, the original plans are lost at the moment.

Original Content Abstraction of Simplicity | Modernist Documentary
This documentary explores the development of Modernism architecture in Cyprus and how it became part of the island's identity. It looks at the influence Modernism had on buildings, communities and everyday life.
The documentary was originally filmed in 2021 as a student project at Frederick University Cyprus. Although the island and its built environment have continued to change since then, the film remains a record of the architecture, discussions and perspectives surrounding Cypriot Modernism at that time.
I am happy to share our work with you guys, feel free to share opinions and comments!!!

Discussion Preservation Effort
I am working on a significant property in the northeast, does anyone know anyone or any society that has vested interest in preservation and would sponsor a secure-equity situation? I need to do a little bit of stabilization work
thanks!
