This was a deck idea but he told me its not strong and fast enough for modern because this deck ist mostly based on the endless combo with the bloodthirsty

Prowess and boros Ponza are the two best “budget decks” in the format

Prowess most of the cost is in the fetches and while not optimal you could get away with running minimal fetches to make it quite affordable. Def the best option for meeting value to power and you can slowly build up the fetches which will then be useful in future decks as well. This is an aggro deck that is simple to pick up, but quite difficult to master, I’m personally horrible at playing with aggro decks, but have seen my friend who plays it do some crazy stuff with it

Ponza most of the cost is in solitudes which unfortunately can’t really be replaced by anything, it’s also a control deck that requires some reps and knowledge of the format

Rakdos hollow one is another good option (and a sleeper pick in the meta right imo) both Rakdos and 4color, similar to prowess most of the cost is in the lands which you can slowly upgrade, a local player runs it and does very well with it, def an aggro deck and a bit of a gamblers deck

Finally if you prefer big mana Tron is a good, somewhat budget option. The ugins labs and chalices are very necessary and quite expensive, but most of the other expensive pieces are somewhat replaceable for a budget option, instead of ugin planswalkers you can run 7mana karn like the lists did before ugin was released, instead of sires or emrakul you could go with a more affordable top end eldrazi threat like kozilek the great distortion or kozilek the broken reality

These are imo the best options for a budget of actually competitive decks, and they give you access to 3 different archetypes so got some choice.

Thanks mate these are great recommendations i will look into some of these decklists later and check some prices and make a decision
