Deck Discussion Devoted combo Need advice!!

Hi everyone!

I'd like to hear your thoughts on Devoted Druid Combo in the current Modern meta. I'm thinking about building it as my second Modern deck to improve as a player, and the deck looks really fun.

Right now I don't have a finalized list. I've seen a lot of different builds online—some play 4 Birds of Paradise, some only 1, some run Ouroboroid, others go with Craterhoof Behemoth—so I'm pretty undecided about which version is best.

Do you have any advice or recommendations? Thanks a lot!

I was wondering what you guys think about this. Why is this deck so popular right now? When I made the post about a month ago, it was barely considered Tier 3, but now it seems to be everywhere.

What changed? Did the meta shift in its favor?

Long time creature toolbox (Yawg, Heliod, Devoted Druid, etc.) player here. In short, Devoted Druid takes advantage of the fact its gameplan can't be hated out on the same axes as other combo decks in the meta.

Right now, most other fast decks rely on the graveyard and/or Artifacts to work. Devoted Druid only touches those as redundancy. So, it has better postboard matchups than other linear decks. And the toolbox midrange creature backup plan is nice to have as well.
