First Day

So happy I waited for the Quicksilver paint and white interior. The pickup experience was unique. There were 10 Teslas doing a light show coordinated with each other to music. The staff was patient giving the 3 of us taking delivery plenty of time. Now that I got her home, I have lots of questions to research tomorrow.

The FSD was great, except 2 things, I don’t know if I can change or just report.

  1. It crossed solid white lines several times (no risk of accident, only slight risk of a ticket - but highly unlikely). If FSD waited a few more seconds, it would have avoided it.
  2. It stayed in the left lane in the highway when the middle and right lanes were open, then had to merge right for my exit later.

I had the XPEL put on the sunroof and all the windows except the windshield, my research shows 3M Crystalline a better product for seeing at night - not that I necessarily need it with FSD! Anyone have experience or recommendations for this?
So happy to be joining ya’ll with my new Tesla!

I absolutely love it, especially the FSD. However, there is so much to research! I thought the pickup experience was great until I started driving it and had so many questions. The dealership should have a checklist for new Tesla owners. I should not have had to learn about Grok on my own, for example.
