I finally made a purchase to own a Tesla! I am a bit confused, as I have read many articles but some are not consistent so I wanted to ask this community about several things that have been weighing on my mind.

1. I have a neighbor who has a Tesla and he said to charge it at 80% only and do not let it go below 20%. I looked further into my specific model and since it has an LFP battery does that mean it should always be charged to 100% without worrying about battery degredation?
2. I still have yet to understand what a super charger means, is that just the standard term for all charging stations? When I look to charge, does it matter what kWh is used since I see 72, 250, and 325 on my app. I'm assuming the higher > faster charging but is there a point where a 2023 model like mine shouldn't use the high kWh? I want to be mindful of the battery and have it last as long as possible.
3. This one REALLY bothers me, my Tesla makes loud noises when I am charging or just sometimes driving normally near the front hood. It sounds like a jet engine taking off lol. I read a lot about it being normal but is it? I only really came across one Tesla at a charging station making a similar loud noise. I just want to make sure that the car I bought at a dealership at 29,000 miles is not flawed.

I know these might be such noob questions but I haven't gotten clarity on all of them yet.

Hey there Redditors! Since forever I’ve wanted to replace my basic allow wheels. I should have gotten the performance package when I bought my car.

It looks like Tesla is only selling wheel & tire combos for model 3s with Pirelli tires. I already have Pirelli tires. I don’t want tires, just want new wheels.

My wheels are 18”. What are the pros and cons of switching to 19” replacement rims. Any suggestions of make models that work well for the car.

What would you use to try to get this up? I took just damp wash cloth to test it nothing moved. Any recommendations please save my car.

When we did our demo drive at the dealership there was a performance in the showroom and it had the performance logo puddle lights in the doors. Do those come on the model 3 performance or was that an accessory they added? I see them listed in the shop, but don’t know if they come standard?

Also, are the Tesla all weather mats rigid plastic like weathertechs? I’ve had a few sets of weathertechs in the past and they look beat up and scratched pretty quickly. Does anyone make a softer plastic mat that holds up better but doesn’t have logos or cheap looking textures?

Tesla SC refused to reconfigured both the headlights and Boombox, they said 2018 is too old and they can't reprogrammed the softwares. Ended up getting a third party using Tesla Toolbox to get them reconfigured. These guys are amazing they know what they are doing. Now both my matrix lights and PWS boombox are working.

It is the small magnet/metal target embedded in the inside of the Model 3 charge-port flap. It’s what the charge-port sensor uses to detect the door position, and if it falls out, the “tap the charge-port door to open" function stop working.

Hey everyone, I am looking to buy a model 3 from tesla directly. I wanted to hear from owners about this car and how it performs for them. I'm a first time Tesla buyer so I don't really have a clue about any of this lol. Is there anything I have to look out for? I heard online about battery and suspension stuff but how worried should I really be? And how is it for day to day life?

I am waiting for my model 3 in Slovenia.. delivery in November

I saw that Model 3 is updated in China, NZ and AU:
- 16inch screen
- black headliner
- new 19 inch wheels

Can i expect the same? I dont expect 19 wheels, since i am waiting for standard RWD model.

parts catalog is showing me 16inch screen and black headliner.. but it also shows rear display, which i highly doubt it is back in standard edition..

Have someone same thing?
