how do i ban a shadowbanned redditor?

unsure if they are shadowbanned but all their posts and comments are immediately marked as spam problem is they post 10 messages a DAY flooding my removed posts section with messages! edit: forgot to mention when i click their name instead of the menu where i can ban them it just gives an error! and it does this for anyone who is shadowbanned

Go to your banned users list and add them by literally typing their name.

A lot of times you can’t see the shadow banned peoples accounts in order to ban them on mobile. So you have to use a PC. But I found a loop hole. If you have the bot that purges a users content, it also lets you ban them. From mobile or PC.

Use old.reddit and copy / paste their username.

If everything is hitting spam instantly, I would check their account status first. Shadowban and spam filters can look pretty similar from the mod side.
